MINUTES OF THE 2ND HRPTA MEETING OF GRADE III SPED GT PARENTS
DATE: JUNE 17, 2016
TIME: 3:00 P.M.
VENUE: GRADE III SPED GT CLASSROOM
ATTENDEES: 28 Parents/ Guardians were present; 2 absent with prior notice to the teacher
AGENDA:
1. RECAP ON THE 1ST MEETING.
2. CLASS SCHEDULE
3. NEEDS FOR THE DIFFERENT LEARNING STATIONS
4. ZERO WASTE MANAGEMENT
5. ZONE CLEANING/ WATER
PROCEEDINGS:
1. The meeting officially started at 3: 15 in the afternoon by an opening prayer led by
ms. Lanie lee.
2. Mrs. Marcelino gave a recap on the previous meeting , she informed the parents on
the learner’s subjects which consist of 8 subjects, therefore 8 notebooks must be
prepared plus 5 additional notebooks for the following:
 JOURNAL NOTEBOOK
 SPELLING NOTEBOOK
 WRITING NOTEBOOK
 WRITTEN TEST NOTEBOOK
 VOCABULARY NOTEBOOK
Ma’am elisa reiterated the need to properly label the kids’ notebooks for easy and
proper identification.
3. With regards to the class schedule, regular class ends at 11:20 in the morning and 4:
10 in the afternoon session but due to the learning stations time will be extended for at
least an hour or less for 2 months until all stations will be finished.
 ART STATION = will be he headed by Mrs. Helen Libatique, in this station
the learners need to bring laptop and camera. Maam Elisa grouped the learners
into 5 groups and each group must provide their own materials for the
activity. No one in Group 1, 2, and 3
 BUILDING STATION = In this station, learners will have their dance
performance (Folk Dance) on the 22nd day of July as their presentation for the
Culminating Activity. Cloth materials for the costume are already available.
(skirt/ neckerchief and pants for the boys only). Parents counterpart will be
payment for the tailoring and the Kimona for the girls, Kamisa de Chino for
the boys.
 Ms. Lanie lee is in charge to look for a tailor.
 Mrs. Melanie Pastor is in charge to look for the kimona for
girls.
 MUSIC STATION = learners had started their 1st session on Rondalla with
Mr. Francis M. Gunayon as facilitator/ trainer/ resource person. As agreed
upon last meeting, parents will be responsible in providing the learners
instruments. Mr. Gunayon had already given the list of instruments and the
number of kids to have each instrument.

4. The teacher likewise reiterated that each will learner will bring their own plastic to
throw their trash. As much as possible, no Grade3 SPED GT learners throwing trash
anywhere. They will bring home their own trash.
The Trash Bins put by the teacher in front of the classroom will be removed so that
learners will be trained to keep their own trash.
5. Zone cleaning and drinking water consumption was facilitated by the HRPTA
President, Mrs. Quincy M. Tumanut. With regards to zone cleaning, the teacher
pledge that the she will be in charge to pay the cleaners for the month of June
amounting to 1, 000.00.
The teacher will give the classroom to the learners as their (learners) training ground
in cleaning. From Monday to Friday, classroom cleaners will be organized and tap to
clean the classroom. Friday afternoon or Saturday, the cleaner will be having a
general cleaning. The cleaner will also be asked to maintain the cleanliness of the
zone not only sweeping but pulling weeds and the like with 1, 500 pesos as incentive.
It was agreed by the parents present that each parent will pay 50 pesos per month for
the cleaning fee.
It was further agreed by the body that each pupil will pay 1 peso a day for drinking
water consumption. So, they have to pay 5 pesos weekly. The Classroom Treasurer,
Lance Navalta will be in charge in the collection and turn it over to the teacher when
needed.
The meeting ended at 5:15 in the afternoon.
