Loaning
• It may be necessary to detail policies such as
• Priorities (if one group has priority over another for equipment or room use)
• The responsibilities of the borrower (incomplete return of hardware and software, fines, payment for damages)
• Permanent loans to individuals or areas
• Responsibilities for signing off and inspection on return
• How bookings are taken
• And copies of any forms.
• Details which may be included in a booking system are:
• Who – name and contact number of borrower
• What – hardware, software accessories (extension cords, etc)
• When – booked, length of loan, date due
• Where – equipment will be used
• Depending on the organisation, a booking system could be as simple as entries on a wall calendar or a sophisticated as a computer application.
• Loan histories are a useful method of recording information on

and is showing no response, If the iPad is not

Editor's Notes

  • #16 The text size can be adjusted for some applications such as notes.
  • #17 Return to the general panel by either selecting General in the settings panel or hitting the blue return link under the clock
