What is an Interview?
An interview is a formal meeting
between two people (Interviewer and
Interviewee).
 An interview is a structured
conversation where one participant
asks questions, and the other provides
answers.
Purpose of Interview
• To obtain additional information, knowledge and skills of the
candidate.
• Interview reveals the views, ideas and attitudes of the
interviewee.
• To check the suitability of the applicant.
• Interviewer can observe the personality of the candidate.
