 What do you know about our company?
These are called icebreaker questions – motive: To
see how you perform with very general questions
 So tell me about your career to date
- most recent job first
 Always have the reasons you left a particular role
 Know your profile and the years spent in each
company
 Why do you want to leave?
 What did / do you find most challenging?

 Your greatest achievement?
 A special task / project you were asked to do
alone?
 A time you noticed something and without your
attention to detail it could have been detrimental?
 Process improvement or idea you suggested that
was implemented?
 What can you bring to the company?
 How do you deal with stress?
There can sometimes be questions that you know
will be asked
Strengths – Give 4 examples backed up with one
brief one line of evidence
Weakness – Must be turned into a strength
Where do you see yourself in 3 years time?
This is where you get a chance to impress your
potential employer with your commercial knowledge
and your prepared questions
Prepare 4 well structured questions for the end of
the interview
