Internships are important for students for three main reasons: exposure, team management skills, and skill development. Doing an internship provides exposure to real work in growing industries, experience working as part of a team, and helps students develop both existing skills and learn new skills needed for future jobs. Internships also enhance communication skills, help build a professional network, allow for self-analysis, and boost confidence.

• Disputes are likely to happen; which you
would be able to tackle if you know have
worked in team before.
