  • 3. Topic of the study  EMPLOYEE RETENTION  Why Retention is important?  The Cost of Turnover  Loss of Company Knowledge  Disruption of Customer Service  Turnover spirals into more turnover
  • 4. Objective of the study  To know if Counto Honda makes any effort to retain its employees.  The reason why the employees leave the job.  The factors that keep the employees happy.  Suggest some retention strategies to the organization.

Methodology  Sample size/Number of respondents: 30  Sample type: Simple Random Sampling Data Collection Data was collected from the employees of Counto Honda with the help of a questionnaire.  13Questions were framed in the form of:  Open ended questions  Close ended questions  Scales used was – Dichotomous scale (yes or no) -- Likert 5 pointscale
