I was responsible for Operations management of a1000yoga 6 studios located in Bangalore with nearly 20 employees; catering to over
800 Active members that generate the annual revenue of INR 1.6 Crores. From May 2015 I was responsible for Retail, Infrastructure
and Franchisee Sales & Relation.
ƒ Setting up Franchisee studios, maintaining Franchisee relation, help & support.
ƒ One point of contact for the procurement of Yoga products, merchandising & sales.
ƒ Entirely responsible for the Infrastructure of the company.
ƒ Standardized procedures and policies across all locations by restructuring operations processes.
ƒ Redesigned the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of the studio Membership Yoga Registration Form, which led to a major
decline (90%) in Customer Complaints.
ƒ Instrumental in promoting the usage of Fitness Force CRM Software System to 100% of the studios Pan Bangalore.
Act as the single point of contact for any issues including training, upgrades, and bug resolution for the Software.
ƒ Managed direct customer relations and acted on complaints and suggestions which where escalated to the

ƒ Carried out regular performance analysis to identify key improvement areas for the studios, and devised strategic

ƒ Instrumental in promoting the usage of Fitness Force CRM Software System to 100% in the club. Act as
the Single Point of Contact for any issues including training, upgrades, and bug resolution for the

I was responsible for Operations management for the Nationwide Franchisee network of 22 locations with over 285 employees; catering
to over 14000 Active members that generate the annual revenue of INR 24 Crores.
ƒ Instrumental in promoting the usage of Fitness Force CRM Software System to 91% of the clubs Pan India. Act as the Single Point
of Contact for any issues including training, upgrades, and bug resolution for the Software.
ƒ Standardized procedures and policies across all locations by restructuring operations processes.
ƒ Redesigned the “Terms & Conditions” of the Gym membership enrollment form, which led to considerable decline in customer
complaints.
