This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

WORLD WIDE WIBE (WWW) :
Commonly referred to as WWW, W3, or the Web—is an interconnected system of public webpages
accessible through the Internet. The Web is not the same as the Internet the Web is one of many
applications built on top of the Internet.
E-mail:
Electronic mail (e-mail) is a computer-based application for the exchange of messages between users. A
worldwide e-mail network allows people to exchange e-mail messages very quickly. E-mail is the electronic
equivalent of a letter, but with advantages in timeliness and flexibility.
7. News :
The information or article written by people on a particular topic is called news.

Online services :
Allows us to access huge amount of information such as text, graphics, sound and software over the internet. Following
diagram shows the four different categories of Internet Services.

While the term chatting or chitchat refers in general to communication between two or more parties that can
occur in person, in today's modern age, it can also occur over the internet via Short Message Service
(SMS) text message and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) or, for example, through tools
like Slack and Microsoft Teams and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
E- commerce :
E-commerce (electronic commerce) is the buying and selling of goods and services, or the transmitting of
funds or data, over an electronic network, primarily the internet.
9. Browsing :
If you browse on a computer, you search for information in computer files or on the
internet.
Terms associated with internet :
HTML : in full hypertext markup language, a formatting system for displaying material retrieved
over the Internet.
Web browser : A web browser (also referred to as an Internet browser or simply a browser) is
application software for accessing the World Wide Web or a local website.
10. URL :( UNIFORM RESOURCE LOCATOR) URL is nothing more than the address of a given unique
resource on the Web. In theory, each valid URL points to a unique resource.
Website :a collection of web pages and relatedcontent that is identified by a commondomain
name and published on at least one web server. Examples of notable websites are Google,
Facebook.
Webpages :A web page is a simpledocument displayable by a browser. Such documents are
written in the HTML language (which we look into in more detail in other articles). A web page
can embed a variety of different types of resources such as: style information — controlling a
page's look-and-feel.
