NATO was established after World War II as part of the United Nations. Its primary purpose was to defend member nations against the large number of troops in pro-communist countries. The U.S. also wanted to maintain a presence in Europe, to prevent a resurgence of military nationalism and foster political union.
Despite years of international condemnation, diplomacy, and pressure, North Korea has succeeded in developing a relatively small nuclear arsenal, one which is poised for further gradual expansion, in terms of both size and sophistication, in the future.

China and United States Relations
Abstract
Within three months of the Trump Administration, Unites States (U.S.) and China relations have grown into a complex situation for numerous reason. Such as, China occupying a disputed territory, increase of military weapons and technology, North Korea testing nuclear weapons, and the trade deficit. However, this is not the first incident that the U.S and China had issues. These convoluted issues started during the Korean and Vietnam war and political controversial but relations have reconciled over the years with trade acts and political concordance. This topic is important because conflict between these two powerful nations may start a trade war, economies will be effected, the U.S. security maybe under threat and there maybe another World War.
Recently, the United States and China relations has grown in a strenuous relationship due to rising conflict such as, China occupying a disputed territory, increase of military weapons and technology, North Korea testing nuclear weapons, and the trade deficit. Between these two countries, this is not unfamiliar situation because in 1949, they both was in complex mix like the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Over the years these two countries was able reconcile their difference with Acts and political agreements. Will history repeat itself? Is China a National Security threat to the U.S.? Will these new issues create an estrange relationship between these two nations? Will China and U.S. reconcile their differences again? Is China trying to become the new world leader?
Brief History of China and US Relations
Since 1949, the U.S. and China relations have evolved over the years from a complex mix of intensifying diplomacy and growing international rivalry to an increasingly intertwined economies and political agreements. The Korean War started due to North Korean People’s Army invading South Korea, which prompted the U.S. and the United Nations (UN) to intervene. The Soviet and China, in support of the communist North, retaliates against the U.S., UN, and South Korean troops while they approach the Chinese border. The three-year conflict ended when the UN, China, North Korea, and South Korea signed the armistice agreement. In 1959, after nine years the People’s Republic of China asserts control over Tibet, a widespread uprising occurs, resulting to over a thousand-people dying. The U.S. joins the UN in condemning Beijing for human rights abuses. In October 1964, China joins the nuclear club and begin its first test of atomic bomb. The test comes amid of the U.S. and China tensions over the escalating conflict in Vietnam. China sends amassed of troops along its border between Vietnam. It is written; it was the rise of Athens that led to the attack and declaration of war by Sparta. In this article I expose on how the North Keaeans in its relationship with the particularly the US lives by that principle. I try to show that, and like the Russian president Vladimir Putin said, North Koreans will eat grass only if by that means they will acquire a nuclear weapon. In terms of international relations I explain that the North Koreans are aware of the dangerous nature of the international scene an anarchy that characterises international relations. To them its only the acquisition of nuclear technology that will allow them to to be recognized and taken seriously to sit on the high table of high politics. The Trump - Kim relations speaks for itself

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

3. Cold War
Initiated at the end of the Second World War
between the so-called Western block (western-
capitalist) led by the United States, and the
Eastern Bloc (Eastern-Communist ) led by the
Soviet Union.
Its origin is usually between 1945 and 1947,
during the tensions of the postwar period, and
lasted until the dissolution of the Soviet fall of the
Berlin wall in 1989 and failed coup in the USSR of
1991).
Neither of the two blocks ever took direct actions
against the other, which is why the conflict was
called "Cold War"
4. Proposal Of Korea
1. A peace treaty to end the Korean War.
2. The reunification of Korea, divided into North and South
since 1945.
3. Suspension of annual military maneuvers of one month
between the United States and South Korea.
4. Bilateral negotiations between Washington and
Pyongyang to put an end to tensions on the Korean
Peninsula.
5. Proposal Of USA
The United States refuses to sign a peace treaty to end the
Korean War.
Washington does not want the union of the two Koreas.
The United States increases its military power in the region to
intensify its threat to North Korea and demonstrate its strength
against powers such as Russia and China.
The United States has consistently refused to reach a peaceful
settlement.
6. The US will create an 'Army' to spy on Iran and
North Korea
US President Donald Trump considers creating a new spy network to fight the "serious
enemies of the state." The American portal The Intercept reported on Tuesday that the
proposals to create the network were developed for the founder of the American company
Blackwater, Erick Prince, as well as John Maguire, retired official of the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA).
According to reports, the network would consist of an "army of spies" in countries around the
world, including North Korea and Iran. Both countries have repeatedly denounced the
devastating activities of US espionage.
The US Intelligence Community It is a federation of 16 individual agencies that work together
to carry out espionage work. The member organizations that are part of the Intelligence
Community include military intelligence, intelligence agencies, and civilian-structured
analysis-statistics and intelligence offices within the federal executive departments.
7. US and South Korea 'take muscle' against North
Korea with large-scale aerial maneuvers
South Korea and the United States have begun large-
scale aerial maneuvers on Monday, which represent a
new show of strength against North Korea after Kim
Jong-un's regime launched a new intercontinental missile
last week.
These maneuvers, called Vigilant ACE "seek to improve
the combined operational capacity of the two countries
both day and night and in any weather conditions"
During the maneuvers the allies will simulate attacks on
false South Korean nuclear facilities and self-propelled
platforms like those used by the Pyongyang regime to
deploy their missiles.
The North Korean regime already condemned
yesterday with hardness through a statement published
by the state news agency KCNA these exercises, which
usually considers an attempt to invade its territory
8. North Korea THREAT: Trump MUST act fast
amid World War 3 threat – 'It's MORE
dangerous!'
After its last missile test and Kim Jong-un is
“getting more dangerous”, says US
Ambassador to the United Nations.
The Ambassador told Fox News: “If you think
of this missile trial compared to the one
before it certainly had advances.”
US is convincing Russia and China to
cooperate with the aim of preempting a
nuclear strike by North Korea.
United States says that they have to stop
this and they can’t have nuclear weapons.
Sanctions on North Korea by cutting of 90%
of their trade and 30% of their oil.
North Korea decided to ignore international
sanctions and continued its
ICBM(Intercontinental ballistic missile)tests.
9. Conclusion
US Ambassador John Bolton said: "From all that we can see, North Korea is very
close to a point where they can deliver thermonuclear weapons to any target they
want in the continental United States. “
There isn’t a lot of time to fool around and if Donald Trump doesn’t act fast he runs
the risk of a nuclear attack from North Korea.
