INTERNAL SCOPE: Greater attention must be paid to the demand
for ethics by employees, who demand the application of values that
avoid bad practices in the management of human resources, they
also need to act fairly avoiding favoritism based on personal
EXTERNAL SCOPE: the company continually faces conflicts of
interest that have to do with the quality of its products, with the
relationships with the different administrations, with their suppliers,
with their shareholders, with the public opinion.

expresses the set of values that guides the conduct of
the organization and guides its members in decision-
making.

achieve what we propose. They guide the behaviors before
work, the relationships between people and the results to be

COMPANY
• Live in accordance with fundamental values.
• An organizational culture with common values for its members.
• Strive to achieve the satisfaction of all the agents involved in
the company: shareholders, managers, employees, suppliers
and customers.
• Assume social responsibility for their actions.

members and associates weighs more.
CONCLUSION
• Organizational ethics can be considered as a set of practices of
the business culture that seeks to develop transparent, fair and
equitable relationships, seeking to develop an environment of
trust and collaboration.
• Being ethical is an arduous task that always admits new
improvements, and therefore also admits failures that have to be
overcome.

  • 2. ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS Business ethics is a reflection on business practices that involve the norms and values of individuals, companies, society.
  • 3. REASONS FOR BUSINESS ETHICS THE PHENOMENON OF GLOBALIZATION • The growth of the power of the companies and, on the other, the relocation of the same ones made that the existent laws are insufficient and the power of the governments on these is THE IMAGE AND THE CORPORATE REPUTATION • In the last few years, it has become a competitive advantage for companies. Companies strive to bond with ethical values and gain the trust of consumers.
  • 4. ADVANTAGE OF ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS Increases the motivation for work and, therefore, the satisfaction of the worker Generates cultural cohesion Improves the business image avoid corruption cases
  • 5. DIMENSIONS OF ETHICS IN THE COMPANY INTERNAL SCOPE: Greater attention must be paid to the demand for ethics by employees, who demand the application of values that avoid bad practices in the management of human resources, they also need to act fairly avoiding favoritism based on personal EXTERNAL SCOPE: the company continually faces conflicts of interest that have to do with the quality of its products, with the relationships with the different administrations, with their suppliers, with their shareholders, with the public opinion.

  • 7. ETHICS CODE A code of ethics is a formal document that expresses the values of the companies and the acquired commitments that should guide the activity of the people of the organization. It is a document that expresses the set of values that guides the conduct of the organization and guides its members in decision- making.

THE COMPONENTS OF AN ETHICAL COMPANY • Live in accordance with fundamental values. • An organizational culture with common values for its members. • Strive to achieve the satisfaction of all the agents involved in the company: shareholders, managers, employees, suppliers and customers. • Assume social responsibility for their actions. • The moral contract between the company and its members and associates weighs more.
  • 13. CONCLUSION • Organizational ethics can be considered as a set of practices of the business culture that seeks to develop transparent, fair and equitable relationships, seeking to develop an environment of trust and collaboration. • Being ethical is an arduous task that always admits new improvements, and therefore also admits failures that have to be overcome.
