2. COMPANY BACKGROUND
• Unifield Education Resouces is a management company of
Unifield International College which is located at Pajam,
Nilai.
• The company is responsible for students intake where the
company perform duties on management work, admin work
and also marketing work for the college.
• The College was established since 1997 and working
together with 3 public universities which is:
UiTM (offer 2 diploma & 1 pra diploma programme)
UTM (offer 2 diploma & 1 pra diploma programme)
UM (offers 4 diploma programme)
• UIC also offers 8 internal programmes.

3. Task

• Handle icc and account
• Search place for event
• Sorting data client
• Handle interview session
• Make a phone call
• Printing data

4. SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
• The organization has strong ethical values and an
ethical mission statement
• Offers services where there is more on education
• A startegic college which working together with 3 public
universities.
• Conduct a periodic marketing programs
• Offers diploma programs that guarantee job
opportunities
Weakness
• Quite hard to reach students
• Unable to get trust of the students
• Only providing courses related to social science

5. Opportunities
• B40 category students entitled to get scholarship of 50%.
• Students are able to pursue public universities
programmes through UIC
• Almost 70% of SPM leavers do not get an opportunity to
continue studies through upu
Threats
• Large private universities in Malaysia (ex : MMU , UTAR)
are able to gain more trust as they are well known
• The increase number phone scams are one of the issues
of untrust of students
