The ODL institutes can also provide training for the trainers
of the ITI‟s, ITC‟s
through its courses.
The Open Universities can make use of radio, television,
internet, etc to provide vocational courses through audio and
audio visual study materials. Such steps will motivate the
learner and keep him engaged.
