Pablo Villoch gave a presentation on intercultural leadership at an open mind weekly hour. He discussed why he focuses on intercultural topics given his multicultural background and experiences living abroad. Villoch then covered different maps of the world and how maps can influence perceptions of different regions. The presentation examined culture and how it can be understood, comparing it to an iceberg with tangible and intangible aspects. Villoch also reviewed research on cultural dimensions and differences in leadership styles across cultures.
