What started out as a feminist reaction to a job market that is unsupportive of
motherhood, has now become a successful Silicon Alley presence. Within a
year, Rucha has founded a startup studio, founded a product company that has
an app on the Apple App Store and co-founded a product startup which is
currently in stealth mode.
Rucha has a penchant for spotting great product ideas in the making. And
when it comes to ideas she can align with, she believes not just in lending a
hand but in becoming the driving force to bringing them to market quickly and
standing up viable businesses.
Rucha has worked in New York for over a decade before turning to serial
entrepreneurship. She has a B.E in Mechanical Engineering (Nasik), an MBA in
Marketing (Pune) and a Masters in Engineering Management (Buffalo, NY).
