This document describes 13 stories of couples who achieved success with fertility treatments at a clinic after previous failures or difficulties conceiving. Each story provides brief details about the medical histories and treatments, which generally involved IVF and sometimes additional procedures. The outcomes were pregnancies and births of healthy babies in all cases. Short inspirational sayings are included between each story.

• Her AMH level was 2.0 mI U/L (normal).
• The husband had severe
oligoasthenoteratozoospermia
• In her Second IVF cycle, 2 oocytes were
retrieved
• With the guidance of Dr Richika and
India IVF Team her ICSI was conducted.
• 2 Grade A embryos developed &
transferred on Day 2.
The transfer resulted in a twin
pregnancy and delivery of healthy
female twin babies.
She is 38 years Old with 9 failed

• The female had poor ovarian reserve with
an AMH level of 1.0 mIU/L.
• They had three previous intrauterine
insemination failures.
• The female underwent a natural IVF cycle .
• Single oocyte was retrieved followed by
single embryo was transferred on Day 3.

• Female had low ovarian reserve & male partner was azoospermic.
• An IVF cycle with TESA-ICSI was conducted resulting in heterotopic

• A laparoscopic surgery was conducted and the ectopic pregnancy
removed.
• Eutopic pregnancy is still continuing.

• The husband had severe

undergone chemotherapy for chronic
myeloid leukaemia .

which three were transferred and

6. Miracle - V
• A 42 year old Ethiopian female presented with primary infertility .
• Couple had 2 previously failed IVF cycles.
• She had tubal blockage, a low AMH level (0.5 mIU/L) and a high FSH level
(11 mIU/L).
• Post an ova pick up four oocytes were retrieved
• 2 Grade A embryos developed.
• Embryos were transferred on Day 2 resulting in a singleton pregnancy.
Patient is experiencing a healthy pregnancy.

7. Miracle - VI
• An Ethiopian female (28 yrs) with severe endometriosis presented to our
clinic .
• Male partner was azoospermic .
• 10 oocytes were retrieved and an ICSI was conducted.
• Three Grade A embryos developed which were then transferred on Day 5.
The transfer resulted in a twin pregnancy and delivery of healthy female
twin babies.

• She had a poor ovarian reserve with a low AMH
of 0.07 mIU/L and FSH of 9 mIU/L.
• Her previous pregnancy was of an anomalous
baby, aborted at 18 weeks
• She also had diabetes mellitus and chronic
hypertension.
• Two oocytes were retrieved & two Grade A
embryos transferred.

• A female patient presented to the clinic with primary infertility.
• She had endometriosis and a fibroid uterus.
• No surgeries were performed on her.
• Post an IVF cycle she conceived and delivered a healthy female child.

10. Miracle -IX
A female patient aged 34 yrs. presented with history of six previous
abortions.
She conceived by a single embryo transfer which resulted in delivery of
a healthy baby.

• A 30 yr old female patient presented with a history of nine previous
abortions.
• Investigations revealed a T-shaped uterus
• A hysteroscopic resection was performed.
• She conceived spontaneously.

•She had an AMH level of 2.0 mIU/L (normal)
•She had undergone spine surgeries earlier.
•The husband had severe

•Five oocytes were retrieved and an ICSI was
conducted.
•The five oocytes were further cultured and
developed into three Grade A embryos which
were then transferred on Day 3.
The transfer resulted in a triplet
pregnancy and delivery of healthy three
male babies.

13. Miracle - XII
•The female was 35 yrs with endometriosis and
fibroid uterus indenting the endometrial cavity
•She had low AMH of 0.5 mIU/L.
•The male partner was azoospermic
•A laparoscopic myomectomy was performed on
female following which an IVF cycle resulted in
single oocyte retrieval
•TESA ICSI was conducted resulting in
development of a single Grade A embryo
transferred on Day 2
A singleton pregnancy resulted followed by
delivery of a healthy male child.

with primary infertility and three

14. Miracle-XIII
•She had a fibroid uterus indenting the uterine
cavity, as well as Grade IV endometriosis and
adenomyosis .
•Her ovarian reserves were low (AMH = 1.2
mIU/L FSH = 9.2 mIU/L).
•A laparoscopic myomectomy was conducted
on her followed by medical management as
ICSI.
•A total of five eggs were retrieved fertilised
with husband’s sperms
Two Grade A embryos were transferred
post which the patient conceived & has an
ongoing pregnancy.
