The Australian Government recently made an ongoing commitment to a suite of innovative, integrated surveys that collect data about students’ experiences of their higher education from the commencement of their qualification to employment. The Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) survey program includes the Students Experience Survey, the Graduate Outcomes Survey, and the Employer Satisfaction Survey. All higher education institutions offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Australia, which includes 40 universities and around 105 private providers, are in-scope for the collection.
The QILT measures will work together to provide a coherent insight into student engagement, the student experience and post-study outcomes. The challenges of meeting this broad range of requirements to deliver an indicator framework that provides timely evidence for institutions to improve the experiences of current and future students and to position themselves in the higher education landscape will be discussed.

mechanism of Feedback and feed-forward by obtaining students` feedback and communicating action taken in
response to feedback. To ensure validity and enable reliability of assessments, teaching objectives, modules and
learning outcomes must be analysed to establish the most appropriate assessment and feedback methods. The
HEI should encourage opportunities for staff to build good links with industry, government and employers so
that staff can contribute their knowledge to relevant partners in business and industry to benefit from the
opportunities of continuing professional development.

In this presentation I will suggest using a quality framework to help you think about and improve quality of e-learning. I start with some general observations about quality and the need for quality frameworks. I then discuss two specific frameworks: the well-established E-xcellence benchmarks for e-learning, and the OpenupEd framework which as been specifically aligned at MOOCs. Finally I return to some more practical advise, particularly about thinking about the learning design of a course at an early stage.

- In 2009 , ANOSR designed a questionnaire that aimed at identifying most important aspects on different action lines of the Bologna Process: Social Dimension Qualification Framework Employability Recognition of prior studies Mobility Life Long Learning Quality Assurance
- Since 2005 there was given a government order which stated that each and every HEI has to have in it’s structure a quality assurance commission/ department – presence of at least one student in it.
- We consider that it should be underlined the difference between the quality control and the elements that deals with quality assurance
