Surface roughness has become the most significant functional requirement and it is an index of the
product quality. In order to increase the efficiency of hard to machine alloys like titanium and nickel
alloys, an Electro Chemical Honing (ECH) process has been employed to achieve highest material
removal rate with the best surface qualities. This extended abstract describes the design and
fabrication of an indigenously developed tooling setup for ECH of external cylindrical surfaces of
Titanium alloys (TI 6AL 4V) and also highlights the key process parameters and their affect on ECH
process. The influence of the machining parameters on the surface finish has been investigated and
optimized the process parameters for improving the surface roughness is also evaluated. Percentage
improvements in surface roughness values Ra and other parameters like electrolyte temperature,
composition and concentration were studied while changing the processing time (PT). And also the

Durkheim makes a very accurate argument about suicide and why it happens. There are many reasons
why people commit suicide that are other than bad reasons. Everyone tends to think that suicides only
happen when a person is feeling upset. But Durkheim makes an argument that suicide can happen
even when a person is really happy. There are a lot of factors that can cause a person to commit
suicide such as feeling upset, not belonging, being too happy, or even just a sudden change in life
aspects can cause a person to commit suicide. Changes in the anomie of the population can really
affect a person.
When it comes to the community having a rise in suicide I would say that it has to do with the sudden
rise in the economic state for the member of the community. Since there have been a lot of people that
have come into money thee past finical position has changed very dramatically. Durkheim states that
when a person experiences a severe change in economic status they seem to lose their minds. They are
not able to figure out what to with all of the money therefore conduct into a new life that is very out of
there control. They might spend all of the money too quickly and fall into a depression or they might
feel that even with all of the money in the world they are not able to really be happy thus leading to

The tone is hopeful and dignified. Much detail is used and even some ironic detail such as Gatsby
being gorgeous. Even though one would not normally describe a man with such a word it fits perfectly
in this sentence. The language is formal and it reveals Nicks positive view on life and on Gatsby. The
syntax in this passage is made up of strung together sentences and clauses. All of the sentences within
this passage are complex or compound complex. These long and airy sentences emphasize the tone of
upper class people speaking as well as the emphasis on a dream. The sentences are extensively poetic
and carefully thought out giving it a nonchalant and superior tone.

The Impact Of Catalytic Clothing On The Environment Essay
Pollution is one of the biggest global killers, affecting over 100 million people. The air pollution in
Beijing, China, is so severe that it s equivalent to smoking 21 cigarettes a day. People are always
trying to find new ways to improve the increasing build up of pollution, and most recently this is being
done through fashion.
The idea of saving the planet is not new to the fashion industry, and many designers and
merchandisers have been vigorously looking for ways to make sure their garments have less of a
negative environmental effect. Catalytic Clothing shows that just by simply wearing a garment we can
stop the increase of deadly pollution, which I will be looking into further in this report to show the
outcomes which could be made if commercially produced.
This report also aims to show how Catalytic Clothing could having an effect on the of the

This idea is collective by the two founders of Catalytic Clothing: Professor Tony Ryan, a scientist
from the University of Sheffield, and Professor Helen Storey, a designer and artist from the London
