mainly to improve the knowledge of novices based on the exchange of
experiences
This idea would allow access to the knowledge gained from direct
experience of the brain of experienced teachers and transfer them to
the newly graduates.
Create a social network for teachers to disseminate their knowledge
through the network. Some similar ideas exist in the market, however, I
have not found anything specific to the sharing of experience on the job
routine.
