• Customer acquisition management is the set of
methodologies and systems to manage customer prospects
and inquiries generated by a variety of marketing
techniques.

• Customer acquisition is the process of acquiring new
customers for business or converting existing
prospect into new customers.
• Acquiring a customer depends on how effectively the
organization is able to build a comprehensive
relationship with that customer.
The whole process should concentrate on following
considerations:-
• Primarily it is important to determine and focus on psychology
of customers, like how the customers feel and think and then
selecting the product segment to be presented to them.
• Concentrating on how the customers are influenced by the
surrounding environment like the business culture,
technology, media etc.
• Analysis of customer behavior and tendency while buying
specific range of product.
• Finally it’s very important to engage best strategies for
effectively convincing new customers and improving
marketing campaigns.

CONTENT MARKETING
• Content marketing is a strategic marketing approach
focused on creating and distributing valuable,
relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain
a clearly-defined audience and, ultimately, to drive
profitable customer action.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
• The process of maximizing the number of visitors to
a particular website by ensuring that the site appears
high on the list of results returned by a search
engine.
EMAIL MARKETING
• Email marketing is directly marketing a commercial
message to a group of people using email. In its
broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or
current customer could be considered email
marketing.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Social media marketing is the
process of gaining website
traffic or attention
through social media sites.

attracts attention and

on a webpage.

• Referral marketing is a
method of promoting
products or services to
new customers through
referrals, usually word of
mouth. Such
referrals often happen
