HVAC job responsibilities:
As an HVAC QA/QC Inspector, i must be familiarized withthe ITP and checklists to be apply
during the raising RFI to the QCP
 Understand clearly the HVAC system drawing of the project.
 Checked and understand the HVAC equipment schedule plan, to know the equipment
specification and identification of location where to be install.
 During the receiving inspection RFI must be checkedthe documents like approved P.O,Delivery
note,certificatefrom the vendor of quality test, vendor approval and carefully checkthe equipment
from any damage during the transport delivery or factory damage.
 All Saudi Aramco project, HVAC installation must be followedthe nfa-90 (installation of Air
conditioning system, nfa-70 (national electric code) all HVAC equipment must be properly grounded
smacna-1995 (ductconstruction standards).
Coordinate to the construction site engineer before the inspection and reporting directly
to the QA/QC Manager.
 Review of approved drawings & specifications as per the company standards prior to any inspection
activity as to ensure any reworkactivity.
 Co ordinate weeakly with all disciplnes to avoid any discrepancies during construction activities.
 Surveillance at site daily, monitoring the constructionactivities as per the standards, detail
drawings,specifications and standards.
 Inspection of duct leakages are done by Light or Smoke test.
