CAREER OBJECTIVE
To strike an opportunity for adequate utilization of my skills and capabilities in the area of
Mechanical Engineering for the benefit of the organization & to further develop my personal and

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I am presently working as a HVAC Engineer in Utilities at ESSAR STEEL INDIA LTD., at
Hazira, Surat from june-2007.
Current responsibilities include:
 Erection & commissioning of the Utilities Mechanical Equipment’s that are related with the
production, mainly we have critical Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw chillers, Air Dryer
units, Air Handling units, Axial flow fans, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal and Reciprocating
compressors.
 Maintenance includes the preventive maintenance and CM of the critical Centrifugal,
Reciprocating and Screw chillers, Air Dryer units, Air Handling units, Split AC, Crane AC,
Package AC Ventilation fans, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Pumps.
 Maintenance of rotary equipment consists of regular health checkup of Air blowers, various
pumps through vibration and conditioning monitoring.
 Daily parameter checking and spot rectification of fault observation.
 Oil level, viscosity and content analyses done as per schedule
 Safety sensors triping check according to normal chiller parameters.
 Annual/quarter maintenance practice is done as per check list suggestion and standard
data of chiller.
 Did various modifications in the equipment have to make it more reliable, cost effective
and smooth running.
 Analysis of the health charts of various equipment’s and work on the remedies accordingly
for the smooth operation.
 Troubleshooting of hvac equipment’s like semi sealed compressors centrifugal fans
,blowers and ac condenser, evaporator leak point attend and pressure test
 Managing the inventory and spares at the plant.
 Upload production and maintenance data in SAP.
 Making reservations for the material from stores through SAP.
 Reporting the near miss, Safety action memo and keeping the record of the health
checkups of various contractor employees.

2.  Organize safety training for contractor staffs and providing tool box talk on regular basis
ensuring safe working practice.
 Keeping the records of the work permits, participating in ESBE projects, audits of 5S.
