RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Supervised maintenance staff assigns the daily duties by setting
priority jobs.
 Supervised engineering staff in the maintenance and repair of MEP
equipments at full hotel property area included.
 Helped the staff selection process.
 Ensuring that all staff members are trained in composite maintenance
activities and were strictly following standard operating procedures.
 Arranged training in safety, repairs and maintenance.
 Maintained a variety of records, complete activity records and
reports.
 Created a safe environment for guests and associates by ensuring that

outlets, 347 up market apartments of 2, 3 & 4 bed rooms, large club house & swimming
pool, 105 office units, 8 cinemas, large super market and 3000 car parks. The facilities
management team comprises of 225 people operating in two & three shifts carrying out
reactive, planned preventive maintenance at this facility, housekeeping and security
services.
Job Profile
 Maintenance of centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, secondary and primary
chilled water pumps, FAHU’ s, AHU’ s and FCU ’s, maintenance of central
extract system, plumbing and drainage, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, water
treatment for swimming pool and grease traps.
 Implemented periodical service contracts for A/C duct cleaning, water tank
cleaning, Kitchen duct cleaning and treatment of drain and grease traps.
 Field inspections to ensure the service providers follow the contract.
