Design & Analysis of an alloy wheel
 In this project a parametric model is of wheel used in four wheeler is designed by collecting
data from reverse engineering process from existing model using modeling software Solid
works. Structural analysis done on the wheel at different loads, only vehicle weight, vehicle
weight + 4 persons weight and vehicle weight + 6 persons weight.
 Structural analysis is done using FEA tool Cosmos. Parametric model is done in Pro/Engineer
and evaluation, optimization is done in Cosmos.
