the Chiller by tracing electrical sections in the control panel and associated

for two days complying all Aramco standard and parameters.

Description: Complete site evaluation. Interaction with GREE and client. Estimation
of Electrical need and piping, manpower, material and performance estimation for
1300 Indoor Units and 171 VRF outdoor units and 50 others.
Chiller Carrier Riyadh Bank Dammam Branch Saudi Arabia.
Independently Investigated performance of four Carrier 140 TONS each
commissioned with the old HVAC structure for all eight floors having six AHU on
each floor. Advised trouble shooting and conduct preventive and corrective
maintenance activities on the Air Handling Units. Directed reports fault such as
water leaks, AHU fan failures and tripping and major cause behind low magnitude of
cooling outputting from each Chiller.

Diagnostic fault in Petra Chiller: APS A 60-15, Serial No 5813/0101/ 01 ,R-134, 213
A, flow rate 90 GPM . Evaluated Control diagram for signals on Pressure
transmitters, temperature sensor, supply, suction pressure, out suction pressure,
suction pressure transducer, suction temperature sensor, stepper motor. Testing of the
main conductor for power supply and associated to secondary control circuit. Monitor
voltage appeared on PCN EC3 Emerson Super heat Controller to investigate supply
and digital input 24 volts. Identification of fault that made chiller fails due to
insufficient amount of water in the line and bad sensing of flow and pressure.

tower while use for the extremely dirty water and bacterial affects.
