Job Description:
My job is leading the Operating Process and creating the Periodical and Predictive Maintenance
Plans and ensuring the execution of these plans by the right way, also estimate the cost of the
whole maintenance process and try to reduce it by the way which keep the quality of this
maintenance. This Maintenance can be classified to Maintaining Refrigeration, Air Conditioning,
Fire Fighting, Plumping, Water Supply, Water Treatment, Ventilation, Humidification systems
and Fleet Equipment (Forklifts, Pickup trucks, conveyor).
That means Maintaining of:
1. Compressors: (GEA/FES Compressor Package) Overhaul Operation, Oil Filter Changing, Oil
changing and charging, Cleaning the Suction Filter, Calibration of the Position sensor,
changing the shaft seal, realigning the coupling, greasing the motor ball bearing, changing
the oil fine filter cartridges, fixing any fault from sensors, thermostatic 3 way valve adjusting
and adjusting all the operating parameters.
