Staffing/Recruitment
• Recruitment is the process to select the
potential candidates for organizations to leverage
competitive advantage.
• In Islam, choosing the right person effects trust
and loyalty to organizations.
If employees have been chosen
based on favoritism and not
due to his capabilities, there will
be feeling of mistrust and disloyalty.
In accordance with QURAN
• Al-Quran has provided a very simple but yet
very relevant criteria to be used for the
selection for the best applicants.
In surah Al-Qasas, 28 Verse 26, P 20 Prophet
Moses who met Suyaib, whose
daughter said to him:
“O my (dear) father! Hire him on
wages truly the best of men for you
to employ is the (man) is strong and trusty”
‫انیہں‬ ‫لیجیے‬ ‫رکھ‬ ‫مالزم‬ ‫جان‬ ‫ابا‬ ‫کہا‬ ‫نے‬ ‫ایک‬ ‫سے‬ ‫میں‬ ‫ان‬
‫طاقتور‬ ‫جو‬ ‫ھے‬ ‫سکتا‬ ‫ہو‬ ‫ہی‬ ‫وہ‬ ‫مالزم‬ ‫بہترین‬ ‫کے‬ ‫لیے‬ ‫اس‬
‫ہو۔‬ ‫امندار‬ ‫اور‬
Training
Training is a process to provide opportunity
for individual to acquire knowledge, develop
skills and capability necessary to perform their
job and to fulfill organization needs.
In accordance with QURAN
• The verse in Qur’an says Surah Al Fater # 35 P.22
• “Those truly fear God among His servants who
have knowledge”
‫کا‬ ‫صفات‬ ‫و‬ ‫زات‬ ‫کی‬ ‫ہللا‬ ‫جو‬ ‫بندے‬ ‫وہ‬ ‫کے‬ ‫ہللا‬ ‫ہیں‬ ‫ڈرتے‬
‫ہیں۔‬ ‫رکھتے‬ ‫علم‬
• The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) also
declared it compulsory for Muslims to acquire
knowledge when he said:
“Seeking knowledge is a duty/
obligation on every Muslim man and woman.”
‫پر‬ ‫عورت‬ ‫مرد‬ ‫مسلمان‬ ‫ہر‬ ‫کرنا‬ ‫حاصل‬ ‫علم‬‫ہے۔‬ ‫فرض‬
MOTIVATION/REWARDS
• Reward is a desirable outcome that resulted
from a desirable behavior.
• While punishment is the
undesirable outcome that follows unwanted
behavior.
In Quran
• Allah said in the verse of Surah Al-Khaf # 46
Para # 26
• “We never waste the reward of anyone
who did good”
‫کرتا۔‬ ‫نیہں‬ ‫ضائع‬ ‫اجر‬ ‫کا‬ ‫اعمال‬ ‫اچھے‬ ‫کے‬ ‫کسی‬ ‫ہللا‬ ‫بیثک‬
“Pay the worker for his work before his sweat
dries” (Ibn e Majah)
‫آپ‬‫ﷺ‬‫سے‬ ‫ہونے‬ ‫خشک‬ ‫پسینہ‬ ‫کا‬ ‫مزدور‬ ‫فرمایا‬ ‫نے‬
‫کرو۔‬ ‫ادا‬ ‫مزدوری‬ ‫کی‬ ‫س‬ُ‫ا‬ ‫پہلے‬
Maintenance
• Maintenance is a process of ensuring the
employees’ activities and outputs contribute
to the organizations goals
In Quran
ALLAH said, "As for one who wrongs, we will
punish him. Then he will be returned to his
Lord, and He will punish him with a terrible
punishment”. ( Surat Al-Kahf # 46 Ayat 87 Para # 26 )
‫وہ‬ ‫جب‬ ‫گے،پھر‬ ‫دیں‬ ‫سزا‬ ‫سیے‬ُ‫ا‬ ‫ہم‬ ‫گا‬ ‫ہو‬ ‫غلط‬ ‫جو‬
‫وہ‬ ‫تو‬ ‫گا‬ ‫پہنچے‬ ‫جا‬ ‫کےپاس‬ ‫رب‬ ‫اپنے‬(‫ہللا‬)‫ناک‬ ‫درد‬ ‫اسے‬
