This document outlines the security policy and procedures for a construction site. It defines the responsibilities of the security manager, supervisors, and guards. The security manager is responsible for developing security operations and ensuring compliance. Security supervisors supervise guards and investigate issues. Guards control access points, patrol the site, and prevent unauthorized entry. The importance of the protection of its
employee and the Company’s assets, and to
this end, shall ensure so far as reasonably
practicable, that all persons, property and the
environment are protected against incidents,
theft, misappropriation or unauthorized
disclosure.

passes in relation to both personnel

person in site and prohibited
materials (guns, knife, drugs, liquor,
etc…)
