1 Purpose
This plan describes the details of monitoring the performance of the project with regards
to Health and Safety which includes but not limited to tours, inspections and audits.
2 PerformanceMeasurement
Accident/Incident counts and frequency rates will be monitored, measured and reported
monthly. The project shall include as a minimum in the Weekly and Monthly report the
following HSE statistics:
Reporting Category:
 Man-hours worked this period
 Training hours
 Audits / inspections
 Work days lost due to incidents
 Fatalities
 Lost workday cases restricted workday injuries and medical treatment case.
 Number of first aid cases
 Number of observations
 Number of environmental non-conformance
 Near-miss incidents
These statistics will be given to the supervision consultant and will be evaluated
through-out the year. Statistic board will be provided and posted at the site office
compound.
In addition, the following table will be complied as per contractual requirements. Arabtec
in coordination with the supervision consultant will monitor and report the performance in
line with below table:
