Resource Management
Introduction
 Human resource management is the effective management of
people within a company or organization to maximize employee
performance.
 Nowadays having a Bachelor’s or Master’s in human resource
management degree is not enough to become successful in key
career positions like HR Managers, Recruitment and Placement
Managers, Training and Development Specialists, etc..for that you
need to adapt the trends in the industry.
 In this blog, we are going to discuss the top Human Resource
Management trends in 2020
Implementing Artificial Intelligence
 AI expects to play a major role in HR management. Here we are
listing down some advantages of AI.
 Making recruitment Easy: AI can simplify time-heavy tasks like
candidate recruitment. HR professionals don’t need to look into
hundreds of resumes and cover letters for the candidate analysis. AI
system can complete these tasks quickly.
 AI can remove human bias or error from the candidate evaluation
process.
Virtual Reality Environment
 Virtual reality is the process of creating a computer-generated
environment that can be explored and interacted with by a person.
VR is going to be introduced in HR
 Here we are listing down some Usages of VR
 VR can be used to create a simulated environment for testing
candidates skills
 VR can help to a virtual tour of your office space
 High-risk industries like construction can use VR for training
purposes which will reduce the cost and will increase safety.
Feedback Tools to Improve Engagement
 One of the major HR trends in 2020 will be a feedback tool that will
have surveys and feedback forms that encourage the employee to
provide their opinions and feedback.
 These satisfaction surveys help management to understand the
concerns of employees and will help to take action plans
accordingly.
Continuous Performance Management
 The employee once entered into the organization, will have
continuous performance management.
 In 2020 Organizations are investing in Continuous Performance
Management (CPM) tools to monitor and improve the efficiency of
the employee.
 Data analytics also will have a major role in this. Using analytics, HR
professionals can easily track employee performance and can
provide training if necessary.
Remote Work
 Remote work is one of the growing trends in 2020. By offering
remote work options companies can improve productivity and
employee satisfaction.
 The HR department has to control the Remote works and
needs to implement new policies on the same.
 Many software’s are available to control the remote working
like team viewer, workbench, etc..., So it is the responsibility of
the HR department to implement this software and control
the workflow.
Conclusion
 The HR world is undergoing a drastic change to effectively manage
the workforce.
 The HR must be aware of new intelligent tools and newer
technologies for the greater work experience of the employee’s
which in turn helps the organization to achieve its goals.
