31st December 2012 till date I am working with Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited as Sr. Executive – HR at Bhat.
Payroll
• Ensure timely updation of employee details in HRMS to ensure smooth handling of payroll process
• Managing monthly payroll administration for about more than 2000 employees.
• Responsible for collation of inputs from various sources for pay roll processing.
• Maintain attendance, leave records and process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy with minimal financial
leakages.
• Handling Joining Formality & employee’s expense reimbursements.
• Maintaining and updating the Employees Personal Files.
• Process and monitor all staffing changes including new Joinee, transfers, resignation and other
amendments to salaries and employee data in company records in compliance with policy and payroll
requirements.
• To undertake additional duties as required, commensurate with the level of the job.
HR Operations
• SPOC of company Car and Insurance.
• Preparing Daily Dashboards and monthly HR MIS Reports.
• Preparing and processing Loan Applications & Death Claim under “MGEBS”
• Handle employee queries related to Compensation and Benefit (payroll, PF, Insurance, pay-slip, bank
account, ID Card, Visiting card, Full & Final Settlement, canteen & others)
• Ensure timely disbursement of Visiting Cards.
• Timely settlement of F&F and issuing of Relieving and experience letters.
Statutory Compliance
• Liasioning with govt. authorities like PF, Employment Exchange, Contract Labour, etc…
• 100% adherence to timelines with respect to various statutory payments (PF, ESIC, Employment
Exchange, Contract Labour) and close liaison with taxation & finance department.
• Handled & Replied to Statutory Notices under Employees Provident Fund.
