For the first time when a teacher introduce 3-d Shapes it is seen that Children frequently confuse in the number of edges, corners in a cuboid or cube. But instead of taking any model we can consider the class room itself as a model of cuboid as most of the rooms are in the shapes of a cuboid. I experienced in my class that children understand more nicely and take a lots of interest.
