Case Study On Streets Of Future
Streets of Future: A Case Study Of Delhi
Cities today are constantly escalating in terms of number and size. As India is moving on the path of
rapid and massive urbanisation, urban centres are also growing at a faster pace. Census 2011,
positioned level of urbanization at 31.1% with number of urban residents at 377 million spread over
more than 7500 urban settlements. The spatial growth of Delhi indicates tremendous rise in
settlements.
While the total population growth from 2001 to 2011 is 21%, urban population is 27% indicating that
Delhi has been urbanising faster than its growth in past decades. Although, master plans are made for
proper functioning of cities, but very little attention is paid to street design, which is the basic unit of
cities and urbanscapes. It is important to address the design, street ... Show more content on

Teenagers Intertwined with Technology and Social Media Essay
Technology has been involved in people s lives forever, especially in the Millennial Generation. This
generation consists of individuals born between the years of 1982 2004. The articles The Flight From
Conversation, Teens and Technology 2013, and Leading The Charge For Change deals with teens
interacting with technology today. Each article has different topics, but they connect through the over
dependence of teens to technology. The Millennial Generation becomes less and less in touch with the
real world and morphs into a quasi reality.

The article says, Fully 95% of teens are online ( Teens and Technology). Internet can be accessed

The world around uses too much internet. Teens are way too involved in the cell phones and

Google s Uses For Creating And Linking Your Content
When it comes to backlinks, they can propel your website to the top of the Google pile, or they can
sink your website to the depths of the unknown. After creating your website and spending time as well
as effort to build your site, you don t want to be sunk by bad backlinking practices. You want to stay
on the good side of Google. To do that, you ll need to practice white hat strategies for creating and
linking your content.
Link Building of the Past
The days of creating thousands of terrible, non related links from spammy sites is over. As little as a
few years ago, Google would count the number of links to see who had the most authoritative site.
Now, Google s algorithm is more complex, and it s smarter. It will check to see if the content is being
shared by others. It will check the quality of the content being created too.
The old spammy link building process can actually incur penalties with Google that can actually hurt
your search engine optimization.
Creating Shareable, Linkable Content
Where old strategies would allow you to create any kind of content, which would often be riddled
with typos and bad information, Google now wants you to create meaningful, detailed and accurate
content that s focused on the reader.
You need to do more than create posts and pages of information for your website. The content should
be planned in advance. It s helpful to create a content strategy on a spreadsheet to really keep track of
the content you d like to add.

The Pros And Cons Of Doping In Sports
Ethical reflection is deemed as being very important in the world of sport. Doping for instance,
although athletes resort to this. It has many ethical objections and is portrayed negatively as numerous
faults are argued about this case.
Doping in sport, is arguably, the most talked about and controversial issue today, with very little
change on it. Although, there has been a substantial increase in the use of it, (Dimeo, 2013) states Anti
doping regulations were only established in the 1960 s, and serves as a useful reminder of an
important but neglected fact about drug use. There is a consistent dispute against doping as, it
fluctuates through all sports and have been demonised by society as it is considered as unethical. The
International Association of Athletics (IAAF) was the first international sports federation, in 1928, to
ban performance enhancing drugs (IAAF, 2003). Followed by the World Anti Doping Agency
(WADA) and The International Olympic Committee (IOC). An athletes engagement in competing is
very important. It is their desire to gain any possible advantage to have an edge on their opponents and
will do anything in their power to be the best. Doping is discriminated due to, being an unequal
playing field and being harmful. This study explores the strengths and weaknesses of these ethical
objections and the sociological theories on the use of drugs in sport.
A common argument against doping in sport shifts from the concept that, there should be a level
playing field for athletes and competition. A connection between doping and wrongness is noticeable
as, it is argued that doping is banned because it is cheating or unfair (Meller, Waddington and
Hoberman, 2015). In some cases, doping in sports is cheating because the athlete is breaking their
contractual obligations, in sports that it is prohibited. (Green, 2004 and Schermer, 2006) define
cheating as being the intentional violation of a rule, that is used in common language as an indication
to many different forms of deception, and fraud that are intended to gain some benefit for oneself.
Cheating essentially involves the intent to gain an unfair advantage (Feezell, 2010). Unfair in the
sense that the athlete has gained themselves a greater

The Challenges Of Diversity In The Film Industry
Diversity in The Film Industry
There is no questioning the fact that diversity is vital to a community; however, the way the film
industry is makes films is forced and feels as if they are simply checking off boxes to create diversity.
This allows a question to be posed: is no diversity better than forced diversity? This is a question that
comes up a lot in the twenty first century and is something that is asked when looking at film. The
film industry before the twenty first century featured very little diversity, and minorities usually
received supporting roles. Diversity has increased in the twenty first century; however, there is still
room for improvement. One criticism of modern film is the lack of true diversity. People believe that
film has been whitewashed or the historical event and cultural practices have been changed to be more
desireable or more easily understood for white audiences. A mild example can be seen in Aloha which
was released in 2015, where the actors casted for asian and hawaiian role were white. An extreme
example can be seen in Birth of a Nation released in 1915, where white actors donned black face paint
and fought against Ku Klux Klan members that were protecting the Aryan cause. The film industry
has moved away from blatant acts of racism and now see diversity as a way to make more money,
rather than a way to represent all races and cultures. Although in the twenty first century film has more
diversity than films before the twenty first

Stigma In Dallas Buyers Club
Erving Goffman maintained that negative labels are often stigmatizing. He believed that stigmas result
in a spoiled identity. Goffman coined the term stigma to describe the labels society uses to devalue
members of certain social groups (pg. 107). He identified three categories or types of stigmas:
abominations of the body, blemishes of individual character, and tribal. When a person became aware
of a certain stigma they had been labeled to, Goffman noted three ways to manage it: hide the stigma,
distance themselves from the stigma or try to correct it, and embrace or accept the stigma. The movie
Dallas Buyers Club offers a chance to see several stigmas brought to light, and the way that each was
handled. For instance there are examples of HIV/AIDS, homosexuality, feminism, and criminal
activity that are prevalent and shape the way the movie is organized. Dallas Buyers Club is based on a
true story of Ron Woodruff, a Texan redneck, who is outspokenly homophobic, works as an
electrician, and lives in a small unit in a trailer park. Ron first appears at the Rodeo, where riding and
gambling seem to be his favorite pastimes along with promiscuous sex, consuming copious amounts
of alcohol and snorting cocaine. One day at work, he suffers a substantial injury that mandates his
blood be drawn. He is diagnosed with HIV (and later contracts AIDS), sending his life into a
downward spiral of isolation and dilemma. The doctors inform Ron that not only is he HIV positive,

The Coastal And Marine Conservation And Management Approaches
1. Introduction The Coastal and marine conservation and management approaches are focused on a
restricted area of significant human usage for practises such as; recreational and commercial fishing
and leisure, and highly active biologically. The coastal marine ecosystem has been suffering a general
tendency of population growth and, nowadays, has been also linked with industrial increase (Pietersen
Beekman 2006). However its benefits might be essential to stakeholders, as a consequence of this
constant disproportional growth, the threats are becoming more visual, which also increases the
awareness. That, added to the recognition of the coastal environment, existing and emerging threats
and important economic value, implies that a feasible management approach is necessary. The
difficulties met in planning and management starts at the very first step; identifying and prioritizing
the problems (Scherer et al. 2014). Thus, the most feasible and effective approach encountered will be
discussed posteriorly to the main threats; such as overfishing, pollution and climate change, in which
incorporates ocean temperature rise, sea level rises and ocean acidification (Stelzenmüller Martìn
2009). 2. Threats It is important to highlight that most coastal environments, due mainly to
anthropogenic events, are constantly exposed to the majority of these problems, not individually. The
synergistic effects of human disturbance expand considerably the responses. In other words, stresses

Legal Relations Of The Copyright Act
Glynn claims that he is joint owner of the copyright to RUST under the Copyright Act and seeks a
declaratory judgment under the Declaratory Judgment Act. Facepunch argues that Glynn has pled that
claim with insufficient particularity. Facepunch also argues that the first contract between Facepunch
and Glynn shows that Facepunch did not intend for Glynn to have any ownership interest in RUST.
Under the Declaratory Judgment Act, the court may declare the rights and other legal relations of any
interested party seeking such declaration. Federal district courts are well situated to hear disputes
where a plaintiff seeks a declaration of copyright ownership pursuant to the Copyright Act. Section
101 of the Copyright Act defines a joint ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Where parties have meaningfully collaborated on a work, it is hard to imagine that such work is
unaccompanied by the requisite intent. Facepunch argues that it never intended to enter into joint
ownership with Glynn. Both sides agree, however, that Glynn was an independent contractor for
Facepunch and never signed any documents altering his copyright interest in any game he produced.
Moreover, Glynn alleges that he wrote roughly 75% of RUST s code, making him the dominant
author. Glynn s complaint sufficiently alleges that he performed a substantial amount of work on
RUST and worked closely with other collaborators at Facepunch to create a finished product. Glynn s
contract with Facepunch establishes his monthly stipend, but does not affect his rights as an
independent contractor to joint authorship in his work and derivative works. The court will not dismiss
Glynn s claim for declaratory judgment. Glynn argues that Facepunch interfered with his contract or
economic advantage by abandoning RUST and replacing it with Facepunch s failed experimental
game. Glynn s allegations for tortious interference relate to entirely to RUST and have nothing to do
with the contract between Facepunch and Glynn. As a result, dismissal of Glynn s interference claim

The Pros And Cons Of Pasteurized Milk
Pasteurized Milk is Good
Raw milk, usually only commercially available in health food stores, has not been pasteurized.
Advocates say it s better nutritionally because vitamins and natural enzymes have not been destroyed
by heat. The dairies that are certified to sell raw milk have rigid hygiene standards and their herds are
inspected regularly. However the milk is still not pasteurized and therefore carries some potential risk
of disease (Pro). Although better sanitary practices are being implemented in dairies to reduce the
chances of raw milk being contaminated with harmful bacteria, Pasteurized milk is a healthier
commodity because Pasteurized milk is just as nutritious as raw milk and Pasteurization eliminates all
the harmful bacteria in raw milk. Raw milk can lead to severe consequences such as illnesses or even
worse, death. There are many positive outcomes to drinking pasteurized milk in comparison to raw
milk. There have always been concerns over the health hazards that come along with drinking raw
milk, such as the possible diseases/ illnesses that one can contract. Research has shown that
unpasteurized milk can potentially carry harmful bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria
(FDA). According to Google, Listeria is defined as a type of bacterium that infects ... Show more

Analysis Of I Too By Langston Hughes
From freedom of speech, to freedom of religion, here in America, issues are also freed to hidden
behind the phrase freedom. The statement of freedom like free flowing words on the page of poem,
contains various definitions like different possible interpretations of a poem. While at the time for
Langston Hughes, his definition of freedom was chained by the pigment of his skin. As he
acknowledges his conflict with freedom while struggling against racism, Langston Hues in his poem I
Too, expresses how the issue of racism has been understated in America through the usage of euphony,
free verse and enjambment, depicting that the existence of freedom that was promised by America is
incomplete.
Through the usage of euphony, Hughes softly calls out the matter of racism, an issue is barely touched
on in America today. At the time I Too was written in 1925, this soft call depicts the fear and
suppression the darker brother (Hughes) of America faced. While the euphony created by the patterns
of the lines But I laugh/ And eat well,/ And grow strong (Hughes) portrays their nonviolent protest
against this untouched oppressive force of racism, today, the euphony behind the positive dictions
such as company (Hughes) in this poem presents the issue as if it is simply the difference between
ea[ting] in the kitchen or eating at the table. The usage of euphony depicts that the issue of racism is
easier said than done, for that the issue was never solved but only modernized. Hence, this parallel
emphasizes how understated the issue of racism is in America, while at the same time contradicting
the reality of the issue
In addition, because euphony is used throughout the poem, Hughes stresses that between the
difference of color, the same patriotic language is spoken, for that he too, sing America (Hughes) in
the same National Anthem in the same euphonious tone. However, the participation of this singing is
still has not euphoniously provide him a seat at the American table. By hiding him in the kitchen,
America hides racism in the kitchen, to create the look of a euphonious table as mocked by the way
this poem hides it behind its euphonious words.
To further echo the understated issue of racism, Hughes uses

Essay Testing in Educational Facilities
Testing in Educational Facilities
A puddle of saliva covers my book as I wake up to the buzzing of my alarm. Oh no! My head was
heavy and waking up was not something I wanted to do, especially when I realized that I fell asleep
while I was studying for my chemistry test. I had fifteen minutes to get ready for school. At that point
showering was not going to be my priority. I had fifteen minutes to memorize as much information as
I possibly could. But I knew it wasn t going to be easy, in fact, merely impossible. So, I threw on my

For some cases this may be true, but for my case, and many other students, testing was never
considered to be a good influence. In fact, testing can even do the opposite of motivating. Sometimes
the student who does poorly on one or two tests begins to believe that they are a failure and from that
point on believe that there is no point in trying. This can cause the student to develop a poor work
ethic and think that it is okay to receive bad grades and put in minimal effort. In this case, if the
student had received an alternative assessment then, outcomes similar to these would have been
prevented. According to Responsive Assessment, learning is more than what can be measured.
(Henning Stout, 21) So, if learning is the purpose of school, and testing isn t a good means to measure
what we have learned, then why use it? And example given in The Testing Trap is a case when a child
is having difficulty reading and we take her out of the classroom to give her a standardized test, we
have a sample of how she responds to that test version of several discrete and measurable skills
associated with reading. These skills are considered reflective of reading ability, because children who

The Importance Of Witchcraft In The 1400s
Witchcraft in the 1400s going on to the 1700s gained massive popularity due to several factors. Some
of these factors included hallucinogens contained in the oyl women used to anoint themselves,
manipulating the hysteria and using it as a form of social control to make people conform to the norms
of the society and lastly, using it to explain misfortunes that afflicted the people of the community and
the neighboring ones. First, a witch had confessed that before going off on their meetings, they (the
witches) anoint themselves with a special oyl that was brought to them by a spirit and that it assisted
them on their journey with the devil to Sabbat, a place filled with merriment where their desires were
being fulfilled. This ointment was said to help in the transportation of their soul or body to the said
destination. The oyl was rubbed on their staffs, broomstick or under their armpits and other hairy parts
of their body. What was unknown to them was that the ointment contained hallucinogenic active
agents from plants like mandrake, henbane, and belladonna (also referred to as deadly nightshade).
From these plants, the active hallucinogenic agent, atropine can be found in them and according to
Marvin Harris, atropine is...absorbable through the intact skin. Under the influence of this
hallucinogen, the users of the ointment claimed to see several people with them making merry in the
Sabbat and fulfilling their utmost desires of sexual lust and other erotic behaviors.

The Incident Of The Japanese War
It was June 12th, 1941, and William and I were eating dinner in the mess tent when suddenly we heard
gunfire and then the camp sirens. The Japanese were attacking! It was 5:30 pm in Baton in the South
Pacific. It had been just another hot and so far, uneventful day in the US Army. William had just been
assigned to my unit and arrived at our camp from the Philippines earlier that day. And now, without
warning or time to catch up, we were under attack.
Everyone got up and ran to get their gear. I yelled to William, over the siren, You ready for some

William had been my best friend since 1st grade and the summer after high school we were drafted
and became soldiers in the U.S. Army. It seemed so unreal that we were here together.
By now, it was 6:00 pm and it was going poorly. Every time we shot one that was firing at us, it
seemed like five more came and took their place. Around 6:05 pm they started shelling us with heavy
artillery. The shells were going on all around us and they just kept coming and coming and getting
louder and faster. One shell seemed as big as a watermelon and could take out a building with a single
hit. Then
suddenly, it stopped but we knew they were still there and watching us. I yelled to William,
Remember when we were boys and we were talking about how great the army would be. Well, now I
think my opinion has changed. He replied, Look at all we have made it through to get to this point. I
said, Let s get through this too. We were all tired and almost out of ammo. Something needed to be
done and so a task force was formed to go find and destroy the artillery. I volunteered along with four
others.
We set out during a lull in the battle with grim faces, grenades, and our rifles. We heard the shelling
start again and were glad we weren t back at camp or back in the trench. When suddenly, all heck

Question 1
1. Identify the Research Question: In this case being the Law of Demand, which postulates that
quantity demanded is negatively related to price, that is to say, and increase in price decreases quantity

are the estimated coefficients, α is the constant term, and ɛ is the stochastic error term.

which is 0.90, meaning 90 percent of the data has been accommodated by the model.
Part D.
The additional variables could include, Years of Work Experiences, Ethnicity, Gender, Inflation, and
Unemployment. According to economic theory, wage is assumed to be a positive function years of

neutral in relationships, as they would be used to highlight if wages are gender or ethnicity bias.
Through the inclusion of more independent variables, there are two effects on the regression analysis,
1) Parsimony, par simonious models are superior to less parsimonious ones, assuming other things

Increasing Population In Orange County
A census is an official count or survey of a population, typically recording various details of
individuals. The census is taken every couple years in order to get specific details about our
population. It helps to take into account the amount of people a certain town, city, or state may have as
well as their race, gender, and age percentage. The census is also used to calculate the amount of
people who live below the poverty line, as well as the wealthy. The data collected by the census not
only determines the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives, but also is
used to distribute billions in federal funds to local communities. These funds go towards schools,
hospitals, public works projects, and other essentials needs that help Americans with everyday life. It

A Dream Deferred And Langston Hughes Comparison
The novel Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, A Dream Deferred by Langston Hughes and Hope by

states What happens to a dream deferred? Does it dry up like a raisin in the sun? Or fester like a sore
And then run? The author first uses a simile and compares a dream that is deferred to a raisin that dry

personification because dreams can t run. The poem A Dream Deferred questions what happens to a

Chambers, 40 year old bulldog breeder states, The physique of bulldogs today is perfect. Their cute,
fat faces and bodies (Denizet Lewis). Unfortunately, the fat faces and the shape of the body lead to
chronic health issues with the dog and all of the puppies then bred from that dog. When a breeder
wants a fat faced dog they don t wonder or even care about the health of the dog. So the question
should be What about the bulldog, what about it s health? Breeders should have some limitations
when breeding so that the dog is desired and also healthy. One of the health issues with the bulldog is
the wrinkled skin. The AKC s (American Kennel Club) breed standards for the Wrinkles and skin are
that The head and face should be coated with heavy wrinkles, and at the throat, from jaw to chest,
there should be two loose pendulous folds forming the dewlap (Breed Standard). Sometimes those
heavy wrinkles cause a big health issue with the dog. Some issues can be yeast infections, bacterial
infections, acne, and eczema. Breeders argue that not cleaning and taking care of the dog causes the
yeast infections. While cleaning the dog could help the situation, not cleaning the dog isn t the whole
issue. Susan Paretts says The skin within the wrinkles doesn t get as much exposure to air, as a

Dances With Wolves And Avatar
Dances with Wolves and Avatar: Similar but Different
Dances with Wolves and Avatar are thought to be very different, but they are actually more similar
than viewers may realize. First off, these are two must see films! The viewer walks away with much
more than just having seen a movie. Both of these movies encourage cultural understanding, motivate,
and teach individuality.
Dances with Wolves and Avatar are alike in plot and cultural significance. These two films are alike in
plot because in both films, two men, John Dunbar and Jake Sully, willingly put themselves into a
completely new culture and lifestyle. They learn to adapt to the differences and learn a new way of life
in order to survive. For example, in the movies Dances with Wolves and Avatar, John Dunbar and Jake
Sully had to learn each tribe s way of life, such as their language, hunting, and self defense.
Eventually, the two men are recognized as part of a tribe, for John the Sioux Indian Tribe and for Jake
the Na vi Tribe.
These two films are alike in cultural significance because they both show the viewer not to believe all
that is said about individuals, races, and cultures. In the two films, both tribes were first looked at as
evil enemies, but once the two men each took the time to get to know the individuals and the tribes as
a whole, they realized that it was all just a lie. The Sioux and Na vi were actually nice people who just
felt threatened by the outsiders. The tribes needed to look intimidating so

How Did Sir Isaac Newton Revolutionized The World
Pre enlightenment ideals of the world dramatically changed through the areas of science and religion
during the enlightenment era. There were several different revolutionary people whom affected the
world forever, one of which was Sir Isaac Newton. Newton did several things to revolutionize the area
of science. He discovered optics, also known as the refraction of light, the laws of gravitation and the
development of calculus. All of these are still important to today. Calculus is still being taught, for
which I am a student of, and optics is being taught in physics classes around the world. Newton is also
credited with the discovery of the three universal laws of motion, which was later expanded on by

The Construction And Development Of Self Identity By...
Article Evaluation
The research focus/ Gap/ Intended audience
The study aims to investigate the construction and development of self identity by foreign national
students (FNSs) who decided to teach in a British public school after completing a Post Graduate
Certificate of Education (PGCE) Course. The goal of the study is to shed light on how these FNSs,
who are mostly from French, Germany or Spain, project their national identity or sometimes distance
themselves from their homeland. This study was motivated by the lack of studies that explore FNSs
social and cultural background, their national identities, and their unique educational system. The
main audience for this article are people who involved in education policy making in the U.K, ...

are, the methods, and the results. However, the summary lacks the general implications of the study,
such as why participants either align or distance themselves from national identity. The result section
includes a thick description of how FNSs project their identities by either referring to their home
country or detach themselves completely from their national identities. In the conclusion, the author
does not give any suggestions or directions for future research.

The Motives Of Chris Mccandless
Chris McCandless died doing what he loved, but was it worth all of the pain and uncertainty he caused
his family? Chris embarked on a journey through the Alaskan wilderness, which resulted in his
demise. He cut ties with his family due to personal differences in opinion and travelled all around the
country living off of the land for the most part. People have formed many different opinions of Chris
McCandless, but its up to you to decide whether his actions were selfish or purposeful. In this Journal,
I will be questioning the motives of McCandless, connecting with him, as well as evaluating the
author. It has been very perplexing reading this novel and trying to truly understand the motives one
would have to have to make the decisions McCandless made. I am questioning Chris motives for
cutting ties with his family and travelling all around the country. I think that he truly had a deep love
and spiritual connection with nature. It began as a young child when Walt McCandless (Chris father)
took Chris on many excursions in the outdoors, such as hiking in the mountains. Chris immediately
fell in love with nature and all of the pleasures it had to offer. Also, Chris was motivated by his
withering relationship with his family. Early in his life his parents worked tirelessly and it was
difficult for Chris to spend time and build a solid relationship with them. Throughout his young life he

Darius The Great Of The Empire
Darius I, also known as Darius the Great, was the third king who reigned from 550 486 BCE during
the Achaemenid Empire. While he lived, Darius held the empire at its peak, which stretched from the
river Nile and parts of Northern Greece to the Indus River Valley. One of the most major events in
Darius s life was his expedition to discipline Athens and Eretria for their support in the Ionian Revolt.
He made his empire larger by vanquishing Thrace and Macedonia, and occupying Scythia. He also
arranged his empire, by splitting it into provinces and placing governors to rule over it. Darius
organized a new financial system, along with making Aramaic the official language of the empire. He
followed religious tolerance that created peace within the empire. Darius order the carving of the cliff

as the eldest of five sons to a leading figure of power in Persia named Hystaspes. Herodotus of

King Cyrus became suspicious of the son of Hystaspes, who was about twenty at that time and had
been left behind in Persia because he was too young for war (Herodotus) . Herodotus adds that Cyrus
sent back Hystaspes to control his son. A couple days late and the king was killed in action against the

How Did Voltaire Criticize The Enlightenment
Voltaire once stated, God gave us the gift of life; it is up to us to give ourselves the gift of living well.
The three thinkers I picked to write about the Enlightenment was René Descartes, Baruch Spinoza,
and Voltaire. René Descartes was important to the Enlightenment because he used math and logic to
question religions and peoples belief in faith. Baruch Spinoza was important to the Enlightenment
because he questioned religion. Voltaire was important to the Enlightenment because he was the one
specialized in satire during the Enlightenment. The reason I chose Descartes, Spinoza, and Voltaire

electricity usage for the period 2010 2014 by on average 14 percent annually. During the five year

Adding the New Kosovo Power Plant to the commercial loan levels of Kosovo s banking institutions
would increase loan levels from €2.08 billion to €3.0 billion, pushing the loan to deposit ratio over
100 percent. This one transaction would increase macroeconomic risk for the country. First, it would
concentrate risk in an economy that is small and is already struggling with risk diversification.
Second, it would exceed the standard set by independent bank examiners to maintain an 80 percent
loan to deposit ratio. Third, it would add to political tensions in the country on a range of issues
related to domestic and foreign banking. Fourth, it is likely to place credit constraints on other sectors
at a time when the private economy is vulnerable; according to the World Bank, the current growth

Pros And Cons Of Body Modification
Although body modification has some benefits the government should raise or create an age
restriction for body surgeries. In third grade, I learned that my uncle had died. A relative dying may
not particularly uncommon, but my story varies from others because I had not known my uncle
existed. The extent of my knowledge at the time was that my dad had 1 brother but he apparently had
2. My parents never told me about him because they didn;t want me to hang around somebody who
used drugs because of the possible influence it could have on me. My uncle s drug addiction began in
his teens. He ended up stealing stuff in order to pay for them, unbeknownst to his parents and my dad.
I think this perfectly illustrates the lapse in judgement of teens because my uncle made the choice to
do drugs once which at the time may have seemed cool but if he thought it through, maybe he never
would have actually used them. If he was older at that time, he may have thought his decision through
more than he did and he would still be alive today. The major judgement issues in teens result in much
more than just a drug addiction but they may result in a teen with a completely surgically changed
body. In order to prevent this, having an age restriction presents itself as the only solution. Although
some use body modification for an outlet in which they express themselves, the government must
create an age limit of 21 for the procedures.
Granted that body modification has certain drawbacks, it does

Why Did The Americans Dominate The New World Essay
We are all aware of the fact that when the Europeans traveled to the New World, they conquered it.
This has been taught to us throughout our lives. However, there are many theories as to why the
Europeans dominated the New World. There may have been many factors that led to the fall of the
people living in the New World. Thus, I believe the main three reasons I received, alliance that was
formed, and disease that was contracted from the Europeans. I believe that fear is a very powerful
weapon. Therefore, when the omens of the Tlatelolco and Nahua communities started to become true,
it struck it in their hearts. There were a total of eight omens. The first omen started about ten years
before the Spaniards came over the New World. A couple of the omens are a tongue of fire in the sky,
the mountain name of Tlacetecc burned and flared, a temple struck by lightning, and a lake boiling.
The most important omen I believe is when Moteeuccoma seen the ash colored crane the second time

with gold to meet with Cortes. The strategy of the Indians was to capture the enemy and sacrifice them
later but the Spaniards objective was to just slaughter the enemy. It would make perfect sense to make
an alliance with such a strong force to avoid the destruction of ones people and to destroy your
enemies at the same time. If there is an alliance, there is no reason to fight a feared army. Therefore,

The Branches Of Government And The Legal System
The Branches of Government

Abstract
In this research paper, my goal is to explain how legislative, regulatory, and judicial systems work to
define the equal employment opportunity. This will be better for managers in human resources who
can better manage their workers by following and using the legal system. If human resource managers
enforce the legal system in the workplace effectively they will have a competitive advantage. An
enforcement agency that has a large effect on Human Resource Management is the Equal Employment
opportunity Commission; it covers a broad range of responsibilities a Human Resource manager

Another way the constitution affects HRM involves the three government branches: the legislative, the
executive, and the judicial. Each of these branches has its own power and a system of checks and
balances to prevent a branch from overpowering the other. However many laws and facts have been
overlooked and sometimes unclear; those laws are the ones inherited by agencies like the EEOC and
the OFCCP and enforced through them known as common law. Common Law may include many
smaller laws about the workplace that are important Human Resource Management.
The Legislative Branch
The legislative branch is the branch known for making the laws, it consist of the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and other agencies that support congress. The process is done by the house and the
senate voting on a bill and if two thirds vote on it, it becomes a law. Many of the laws created in this
branch have an effect on HRM. Human Resource Management has been affected by the legislative
branch before. For example, during the civil rights movement of the early 1960 s, the legislative
branch had moved to ensure that various minority groups received equal opportunities in many areas
of life ; which legislated the title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
The Occupational Safety and health Act known as OSHA was legislated to authorize the federal

A Brief Look at Porfirio Diaz
Porfirio Diaz was the president of Mexico who was responsible for the modernization and
industrialization that took place in the country. His motto was paz, orden y progresso, he didn t want
there to be wars in Mexico like there had been in prior years. He wanted there to be change and
progress. In order to accomplish paz y orden he was known to be ruthless and crude. Diaz was not
going to tolerate disloyalty or disobedience and for those who chose to do it anyways suffered the
consequences. For some it would be exile and for others it would be going to work in the haciendas as
peones. Furthermore for the first time Mexico had shown its potential and had begun to catch up with
a rapidly changing world. The nation s achievements in technology and culture went on display
around the globe at world fairs and expositions in Europe and the United States (Deeds, Meyer
Sherman, p. 347). Diaz built the railroads that tied the nation together and provided the vision and the
reality of modern economic development (Wasserman, p. 166). In addition to the railroads, two
technological innovations spurred mining: the general use of electricity provided light, but more
important, powered pumps, trams, and other crucial equipment (Wasserman, p. 175). Mexico was
finally becoming the modern, industrialized country that people had envisioned. The railroad and
mining brought jobs to Mexico so there were employment opportunities for those who wanted to

The Subculture Of Craft Beer

As a student of ethnography I was interested in this social phenomenon of craft beer in Cape Town,

standard, regular, cheaper beer.

Racial Minorities In Theatre
In my English 104 class, we are discussing the theme of exploring the margins. My group will study
the representation of racial minorities in the modern world. I decided to go to the theatre to look into
the lack of representation and the misrepresentation of race. Do people of other races feel like they
have a limited amount of roles to choose from? Do people of other races feel as though they have to
act and look more Caucasian to land classic roles? Does color blind casting change the experience for
the audience? How are many different racial minorities not stereotypically represented? What is being
done to solve this issue? I will also discuss who is affected by this issue and what that may mean for
them. I will argue the possible solutions to increase the representation in theatre. I will refer to the
research I have done on the subject. I will reference Theatre Topics, the Canadian Theatre Review,
Applied Theatre Research, and Theatre Research International. Stereotyping in theatre is a universal
issue for all marginalized actors. This is an important topic to research if you are a part of the theatre
community. To work toward a more equal and accurate representation of the world, the theatre
community needs everyone to work together.

Controversy Regarding The Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA)
I knew of some controversy regarding the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA), mostly in relation to judge
s role and the issues with judicial review. I think its poor reputation is interesting, when considering
the nature of the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 (ECHR). The convention had British
influences and drafters. We discussed how this reputation is in part based on the general
misinformation and lack of knowledge. I recognise the HRA s limitations and the issues it raises
regarding parliamentary sovereignty. However, I learnt during our session that before the HRA the UK

No one is saying these rights are unimportant, the real issue lies with the wording and how they are
enforced. The idea of repealing the HRA, has been discussed since it was created. It is not just about
repealing the act, but also to replace it with a British Bill of Rights (BBR). Thereby, on the face of it,
there is no attempt to exclude or limit any of the human rights. The main arguments for this, is based
on the perception that it is a foreign concept, with a foreign court making decisions over the British
people. It seems this is mainly a product of misinformation.
There is, however, a potential issue with the current balancing of rights and public security or even
common sense. Back in 2000 there was a controversial case of afghan residents hijacking a plane.
They eventually had their convictions quashed, as it would have infringed their human rights. This is
an older case, but it still brings up a valid point when questioning the balance of rights and public
security. I understand the need to talk about and possibly rectify this imbalance, as no one should
benefit from crime. However, whether this requires repealing the HRA or just adding directions is

Persuasive Essay On Child Labor
Powering a Generation of Change
The use of children in an industry is considered inhumane and perilous. Child labor is a phenomenon
as old as mankind. Around the world and in the United States, growing gaps between rich and poor in
at least in the 20 years forced millions of young children out of school and into work. Underage
children work at all kinds of jobs around the world, usually because they and their families are very
poor. Large numbers of children work in commercial farming, fishing, manufacturing, mining, and
domestic service. Some children work in illegal activities like the drug trade and prostitution or other
terrible and upsetting activities such as serving as soldiers ([www.michaelherringdesign.com] 2011).
Child labor should be banned when negatively affecting the child s health and development.
Of an estimated 215 child laborers around the globe: approximately 114 million (53%) are in Asia and
the Pacific; 14 million (7%) live in Latin America; and 65 million (30%) live in sub Saharan Africa
([www.michaelherringdesign.com] 2011). Child labor can be found in every industry. Children have
been found gathering bananas in Ecuador, oranges in Brazil, cotton in Egypt and Russia and many
other items. In commercial farming, children are more likely to breathe in unpleasantly bug killing
chemicals and be exposed in extreme temperatures for long periods of time. They often have
inadequate food, water, and sanitation. ([www.michaelherringdesign.com] 2011).
Underage children are often found in manufacturing jobs as well. Approximately 14 million children
are estimated to be directly involved in manufacturing goods. Children have been found in
manufacturing carpets in India, Pakistan, and Egypt. They also been involved in sewing soccer balls in
Pakistan. The beautiful display of fireworks is made by children in China, the Dominican Republic, El
Salvador, Guatemala, India, and Peru ([www.michaelherringdesign.com] 2011).
In many countries, child labor is part of culture and anchored in traditional attitudes. Child laborers
suffer extremely high illness and injury rates in underground mines, opencast mines, and quarries.
Children as young as 6 or 7 years old break up rocks, and wash, sieve, and carry ore.

What is the beta measurement for Nike Company?
Beta measurement for the Nike Company, is a statistical measure that compares the volatility of a
stock against the volatility of the broader market, which is typically measured by a reference market

decrease more than the market in down markets. Conversely, a stock with a beta lower than 1 is
expected to rise less than the market when the market is moving up , but fall less than the market when
the market is moving down. Despite being rare, a stock may have a negative beta, which means the
stock moves opposite the general market trend (Macro Axis, 2017).

Righteousness In Romans
a. Identify different features of the righteousness of God in Romans found in the following sections:
1:16 17; 1:19 3:20; 3:21 31; 4:1 25; 5:1 8:39; and 9:1 11:36.
The easiest way to understand the features of the righteousness of God in Romans 1:16 17 is to break
it apart and analyze it in smaller sections. I am not ashamed of the gospel indicates that Paul glorified
the gospel and proclaims it honorably and highly. For the righteousness of God is revealed reveals the
twofold sense of God s righteousness: (1) His personal righteousness and (2) the righteousness with
which he justifies sinners on the ground of faith. Through faith for faith accents the fact that not only
does righteousness of God is shown to man through faith but it is also shown to everyone who
believes. He who through faith is righteous shall live proves that it is not by the law that people are
justified before God (Bruce 1985, 83 85). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
But creation can once again find God s righteousness through faith in Jesus Christ, apart from works
of the law (3:21 31). Then their righteousness will be reckoned because of their faith in Jesus Christ
(4:1 25). God showed His love for creation while they were still yet sinners when He son, Jesus Christ
died for them. Through the righteousness of Jesus Christ and His obedience many will be made
righteous. Creation is then set free from sin, and become slaves to righteousness. Since Christ is now
in creation, their bodies are dead to sin, but their spirits are alive because of God s righteousness (5:1
8:39). For those who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved and receive righteousness (9:1
11:36) (Bruce 1985,

Using Chemicals as Weapons in War Essay example
There has been war since man has been on Earth. Over time, war tactics, weapon, armor, and even the
soldier has changed. The main weapon that has changed the battlefield has been the use of chemicals
to stun, immobilize, or cause death. Chemical warfare isn t a new form of fighting; it has been around
since 400 B.C., but even a powerful and versatile weapon has its disadvantages. Nature always finds a
way to fight in a battle too. The threat of a chemical attack haunts every country today. The extreme
tension in the Middle East leaves the United States crippled because of their supply of chemical
weapons and nervous about what the future will hold. The advancements in chemistry has altered the
war front since its introduction during ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Since these gases are heavier than natural air, they stay close to the ground. This was effective because
the main battle strategy was trench warfare. The Mustard gas would be dropped from bombs, and the
yellow gas would fall into the trenches; killing or injury anyone who was exposed to it (Russell).
There are advantages and disadvantages to the use of chemical toxins, and nature almost always plays
a part in determining the final result of the success or failure of chemical warfare. Nature can be useful
and used as a tool, or it can backfire and cause chaos and destruction. In World War I and II, the
airborne chemical had to be dropped in the enemy trenches or up wind of the enemy. Since there was
no way of controlling the gas as it was falling, it could change direction due to the wind and kill the
soldiers who had released the weapon. During the 60 s and the 70 s, United States soldiers killed the
Vietcong s food crops by spraying a newly developed and untested herbicide; this chemical soon
picked up the nickname Agent Orange due to its orange coloring (Grossman). It destroyed enough
crops to feed 600,000 enemies. This was good news for the Americans and South Koreans, but there
was a flaw. The herbicide was later found to cause cancer and birth defects to anyone who came in
contact with the chemical. Hundreds of American veterans have been negatively affected by their
contact with Agent Orange. Another way that

According to Willoughby (2014), the community media and publishing media are two of the most
important types of the social media nowadays. The community media focusses upon the interaction
between users. The community media is such as Facebook. By contrast, publish media, such as
Youtube and Instagram, emphasizes the sharing of different media format, like video and picture. The
social features come second to the content sharing. As the marketing campaign of share a Coke is in
interest, it is essential for the brand of Coca Cola to choose the right categories of social media. From
the argument by Evans (2012). Indeed, as the campaign of share a Coke aims to creates conversation
and attention among the customers, the social media has a direct bearing on the efficiency of the
marketing campaign. As Grimes (2013) wrote, share a Coke is originally designed to attract the
demographics of 18 25 years old customers to purchase personalized product and to share their love
on the social media. In U.K., the marketing campaign is executed on the various platforms.
As Willoughby (2014) presented, four criteria could be used to analyse a marketing campaign: sales
growth, increasing proximity to the customers, and cost reduction. This literature review would
primarily examine the criteria of sales growth and increase in the proximity to customers. Firstly, sales
growth means that the monthly or

Candles, A Remarkable, Yet Simple Creation
Candles are a remarkable, yet simple creation. Understanding the origin of candles, types of candles,
benefits, uses, and how they work is most often ignored. Fragrant smells and vibrant colors can
occasionally overpower their overall importance. The history of candles may be unknown in some
instances, but studies have found evidence relating back to the Ancient Egyptians before 3,000 B.C. It
has also been found that the Ancient Romans developed the wicked candle later after 3,000 B.C.
(Communications, 2015) For hundreds of centuries, the creation of the candle has remained popular
for its uses throughout the world. Although candles continue to have admirable qualities throughout
their existence, explanation of candles often goes unnoticed and overlooked. Candle waxes have a
complex history along with several uses and benefits suitable for use in situations, such as when the
power goes out or to ward off bugs.
Origin
The history of candles may be unknown in some instances, but studies have found evidence relating
back to the Ancient Egyptians. The Ancient Egyptians used torches or other known as rushlights. The
cores of the reeds of torches, were soaked in melted animal fat and lit with a fire source. Although
unlike a true candle, the torches or rushlights did not have a wick. Later after 3,000 B.C., the Ancient
Romans developed the wicked candle. Rolled papyrus was dipped in melted animal fat (also known as
tallow) or beeswax then lit with fire. The light from the flame

  • 6. The Pros And Cons Of Doping In Sports Ethical reflection is deemed as being very important in the world of sport. Doping for instance, although athletes resort to this. It has many ethical objections and is portrayed negatively as numerous faults are argued about this case. Doping in sport, is arguably, the most talked about and controversial issue today, with very little change on it. Although, there has been a substantial increase in the use of it, (Dimeo, 2013) states Anti doping regulations were only established in the 1960 s, and serves as a useful reminder of an important but neglected fact about drug use. There is a consistent dispute against doping as, it fluctuates through all sports and have been demonised by society as it is considered as unethical. The International Association of Athletics (IAAF) was the first international sports federation, in 1928, to ban performance enhancing drugs (IAAF, 2003). Followed by the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) and The International Olympic Committee (IOC). An athletes engagement in competing is very important. It is their desire to gain any possible advantage to have an edge on their opponents and will do anything in their power to be the best. Doping is discriminated due to, being an unequal playing field and being harmful. This study explores the strengths and weaknesses of these ethical objections and the sociological theories on the use of drugs in sport. A common argument against doping in sport shifts from the concept that, there should be a level playing field for athletes and competition. A connection between doping and wrongness is noticeable as, it is argued that doping is banned because it is cheating or unfair (Meller, Waddington and Hoberman, 2015). In some cases, doping in sports is cheating because the athlete is breaking their contractual obligations, in sports that it is prohibited. (Green, 2004 and Schermer, 2006) define cheating as being the intentional violation of a rule, that is used in common language as an indication to many different forms of deception, and fraud that are intended to gain some benefit for oneself. Cheating essentially involves the intent to gain an unfair advantage (Feezell, 2010). Unfair in the sense that the athlete has gained themselves a greater ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. The Challenges Of Diversity In The Film Industry Diversity in The Film Industry There is no questioning the fact that diversity is vital to a community; however, the way the film industry is makes films is forced and feels as if they are simply checking off boxes to create diversity. This allows a question to be posed: is no diversity better than forced diversity? This is a question that comes up a lot in the twenty first century and is something that is asked when looking at film. The film industry before the twenty first century featured very little diversity, and minorities usually received supporting roles. Diversity has increased in the twenty first century; however, there is still room for improvement. One criticism of modern film is the lack of true diversity. People believe that film has been whitewashed or the historical event and cultural practices have been changed to be more desireable or more easily understood for white audiences. A mild example can be seen in Aloha which was released in 2015, where the actors casted for asian and hawaiian role were white. An extreme example can be seen in Birth of a Nation released in 1915, where white actors donned black face paint and fought against Ku Klux Klan members that were protecting the Aryan cause. The film industry has moved away from blatant acts of racism and now see diversity as a way to make more money, rather than a way to represent all races and cultures. • 8. Stigma In Dallas Buyers Club Erving Goffman maintained that negative labels are often stigmatizing. He believed that stigmas result in a spoiled identity. Goffman coined the term stigma to describe the labels society uses to devalue members of certain social groups (pg. 107). He identified three categories or types of stigmas: abominations of the body, blemishes of individual character, and tribal. When a person became aware of a certain stigma they had been labeled to, Goffman noted three ways to manage it: hide the stigma, distance themselves from the stigma or try to correct it, and embrace or accept the stigma. The movie Dallas Buyers Club offers a chance to see several stigmas brought to light, and the way that each was handled. For instance there are examples of HIV/AIDS, homosexuality, feminism, and criminal activity that are prevalent and shape the way the movie is organized. Dallas Buyers Club is based on a true story of Ron Woodruff, a Texan redneck, who is outspokenly homophobic, works as an electrician, and lives in a small unit in a trailer park. Ron first appears at the Rodeo, where riding and gambling seem to be his favorite pastimes along with promiscuous sex, consuming copious amounts of alcohol and snorting cocaine. • 9. The Coastal And Marine Conservation And Management Approaches 1. Introduction The Coastal and marine conservation and management approaches are focused on a restricted area of significant human usage for practises such as; recreational and commercial fishing and leisure, and highly active biologically. The coastal marine ecosystem has been suffering a general tendency of population growth and, nowadays, has been also linked with industrial increase (Pietersen Beekman 2006). However its benefits might be essential to stakeholders, as a consequence of this constant disproportional growth, the threats are becoming more visual, which also increases the awareness. That, added to the recognition of the coastal environment, existing and emerging threats and important economic value, implies that a feasible management approach is necessary. The difficulties met in planning and management starts at the very first step; identifying and prioritizing the problems (Scherer et al. 2014). Thus, the most feasible and effective approach encountered will be discussed posteriorly to the main threats; such as overfishing, pollution and climate change, in which incorporates ocean temperature rise, sea level rises and ocean acidification (Stelzenmüller Martìn 2009). 2. Threats It is important to highlight that most coastal environments, due mainly to anthropogenic events, are constantly exposed to the majority of these problems, not individually. • 12. Analysis Of I Too By Langston Hughes From freedom of speech, to freedom of religion, here in America, issues are also freed to hidden behind the phrase freedom. The statement of freedom like free flowing words on the page of poem, contains various definitions like different possible interpretations of a poem. While at the time for Langston Hughes, his definition of freedom was chained by the pigment of his skin. As he acknowledges his conflict with freedom while struggling against racism, Langston Hues in his poem I Too, expresses how the issue of racism has been understated in America through the usage of euphony, free verse and enjambment, depicting that the existence of freedom that was promised by America is incomplete. Through the usage of euphony, Hughes softly calls out the matter of racism, an issue is barely touched on in America today. At the time I Too was written in 1925, this soft call depicts the fear and suppression the darker brother (Hughes) of America faced. While the euphony created by the patterns of the lines But I laugh/ And eat well,/ And grow strong (Hughes) portrays their nonviolent protest against this untouched oppressive force of racism, today, the euphony behind the positive dictions such as company (Hughes) in this poem presents the issue as if it is simply the difference between ea[ting] in the kitchen or eating at the table. The usage of euphony depicts that the issue of racism is easier said than done, for that the issue was never solved but only modernized. Hence, this parallel emphasizes how understated the issue of racism is in America, while at the same time contradicting the reality of the issue In addition, because euphony is used throughout the poem, Hughes stresses that between the difference of color, the same patriotic language is spoken, for that he too, sing America (Hughes) in the same National Anthem in the same euphonious tone. However, the participation of this singing is still has not euphoniously provide him a seat at the American table. By hiding him in the kitchen, America hides racism in the kitchen, to create the look of a euphonious table as mocked by the way this poem hides it behind its euphonious words. • 14. The Importance Of Witchcraft In The 1400s Witchcraft in the 1400s going on to the 1700s gained massive popularity due to several factors. Some of these factors included hallucinogens contained in the oyl women used to anoint themselves, manipulating the hysteria and using it as a form of social control to make people conform to the norms of the society and lastly, using it to explain misfortunes that afflicted the people of the community and the neighboring ones. First, a witch had confessed that before going off on their meetings, they (the witches) anoint themselves with a special oyl that was brought to them by a spirit and that it assisted them on their journey with the devil to Sabbat, a place filled with merriment where their desires were being fulfilled. This ointment was said to help in the transportation of their soul or body to the said destination. The oyl was rubbed on their staffs, broomstick or under their armpits and other hairy parts of their body. What was unknown to them was that the ointment contained hallucinogenic active agents from plants like mandrake, henbane, and belladonna (also referred to as deadly nightshade). From these plants, the active hallucinogenic agent, atropine can be found in them and according to Marvin Harris, atropine is...absorbable through the intact skin. First off, these are two must see films! The viewer walks away with much more than just having seen a movie. Both of these movies encourage cultural understanding, motivate, and teach individuality. Dances with Wolves and Avatar are alike in plot and cultural significance. These two films are alike in plot because in both films, two men, John Dunbar and Jake Sully, willingly put themselves into a completely new culture and lifestyle. They learn to adapt to the differences and learn a new way of life in order to survive. For example, in the movies Dances with Wolves and Avatar, John Dunbar and Jake Sully had to learn each tribe s way of life, such as their language, hunting, and self defense. Eventually, the two men are recognized as part of a tribe, for John the Sioux Indian Tribe and for Jake the Na vi Tribe. These two films are alike in cultural significance because they both show the viewer not to believe all that is said about individuals, races, and cultures. In the two films, both tribes were first looked at as evil enemies, but once the two men each took the time to get to know the individuals and the tribes as a whole, they realized that it was all just a lie. Chris embarked on a journey through the Alaskan wilderness, which resulted in his demise. People have formed many different opinions of Chris McCandless, but its up to you to decide whether his actions were selfish or purposeful. It has been very perplexing reading this novel and trying to truly understand the motives one would have to have to make the decisions McCandless made. I am questioning Chris motives for cutting ties with his family and travelling all around the country. I think that he truly had a deep love and spiritual connection with nature. While he lived, Darius held the empire at its peak, which stretched from the river Nile and parts of Northern Greece to the Indus River Valley. One of the most major events in Darius s life was his expedition to discipline Athens and Eretria for their support in the Ionian Revolt. • 30. Pros And Cons Of Body Modification Although body modification has some benefits the government should raise or create an age restriction for body surgeries. In third grade, I learned that my uncle had died. A relative dying may not particularly uncommon, but my story varies from others because I had not known my uncle existed. The extent of my knowledge at the time was that my dad had 1 brother but he apparently had 2. My parents never told me about him because they didn;t want me to hang around somebody who used drugs because of the possible influence it could have on me. My uncle s drug addiction began in his teens. He ended up stealing stuff in order to pay for them, unbeknownst to his parents and my dad. I think this perfectly illustrates the lapse in judgement of teens because my uncle made the choice to do drugs once which at the time may have seemed cool but if he thought it through, maybe he never would have actually used them. If he was older at that time, he may have thought his decision through more than he did and he would still be alive today. The major judgement issues in teens result in much more than just a drug addiction but they may result in a teen with a completely surgically changed body. In order to prevent this, having an age restriction presents itself as the only solution. Although some use body modification for an outlet in which they express themselves, the government must create an age limit of 21 for the procedures. There may have been many factors that led to the fall of the people living in the New World. Thus, I believe the main three reasons I received, alliance that was formed, and disease that was contracted from the Europeans. I believe that fear is a very powerful weapon. Therefore, when the omens of the Tlatelolco and Nahua communities started to become true, it struck it in their hearts. There were a total of eight omens. The first omen started about ten years before the Spaniards came over the New World. A couple of the omens are a tongue of fire in the sky, the mountain name of Tlacetecc burned and flared, a temple struck by lightning, and a lake boiling. The main arguments for this, is based on the perception that it is a foreign concept, with a foreign court making decisions over the British people. It seems this is mainly a product of misinformation. There is, however, a potential issue with the current balancing of rights and public security or even common sense. Back in 2000 there was a controversial case of afghan residents hijacking a plane. They eventually had their convictions quashed, as it would have infringed their human rights. Around the world and in the United States, growing gaps between rich and poor in at least in the 20 years forced millions of young children out of school and into work. Underage children work at all kinds of jobs around the world, usually because they and their families are very poor. Large numbers of children work in commercial farming, fishing, manufacturing, mining, and domestic service. Some children work in illegal activities like the drug trade and prostitution or other terrible and upsetting activities such as serving as soldiers ([www.michaelherringdesign.com] 2011).
