LED driver is a transformer supply which is to switch the input power to specific
voltage and current to illuminate LED lights. Normally Input of LED driver is
including High-voltage Frequency AC, low-voltage DC, high-voltage DC and low-
voltage high frequency AC. But output of LED driver is variety with the change of

the life of LED driver depends on it.

because of installation height..

LED is energy-saving product, the LED driver should be too. when LED driver
installed inside the LED lights its particularly important. The luminous efficiency
will be drop along with temperature increasing. The consumption power and
interior heat in lamps will be low If the power efficiency is high which reduced the
temperature rise of lamps, its beneficial to delay LED light failure

drive by constant current

Enhancing this kind of protection because of LED’s poor shock resistance.

junction temperature is too high.

optimize the cooling of the lamp design. LED driver is switching power supply,
quality and reliability depends on its circuit design, production process, and the
quality of the components. Electrolytic capacitors are an indispensable part of
high power switching power supplies, the normal working life of the switching
power supply depends on the life of the electrolytic capacitor used in the circuit.
The life of the electrolytic capacitor depends on the life and operating
temperature of the capacitor itself. The working life of the electrolytic capacitor
varies greatly at different temperatures.

Due to different places, taking serious consideration of LED’s working
environment, like temperature, humidity, mounting position
Considering of switching power’s working principle, need to add soft start circuit
for better protection of the LED, if not, it will generate a voltage spike when power
is on. this is a key factor for stability of the power supply.
