can definitely be said after conducting my interview for the Cross Cultural Interaction Report. I had

higher than the Miami Marlins. What would cause such a disparity? Being a Baltimore Orioles
fan and my father being a New York Yankee fan, we would argue statistics and I usually would
have a less than substantial argument for my beloved Orioles. My father would say 25,
implying the number of pennants the Yankees had. Given this was about eight years ago, I had
not taken a statistics class. I did, without research, argue that the Baltimore Orioles do more with
their salary. While thinking of a regression earlier this semester, I wanted to run a regression of
team wins on the city size. My theory was larger cities meant higher salaries and in turn more
wins because of the higher salaries. I ran the regression and found the results to be very
insignificant and had no basis of explaining the wins of a team. A recent outcome in Baseball,

find the true root of happiness and well being. Each views the meaning of happiness differently.
Some of them define happiness in the context of pleasure. How does traditional Judaism define
happiness and suggest its attainment? How does this compare to and differ from the secular goals
of happiness? Traditional Judaism is a religious sect which bases its principals, values, and lifestyle
on the Torah. The Torah was given to Moses by G d on Mount Sinai over 3000 years ago, and has
been handed down through the generations in its unchanging form. Traditional Jews view the
Torah as a divine guidebook for life. The Torah contains instruction about how to live a
meaningful life and very specific details pertaining to the service of man towards G d (Ethics of

Awakening For this experience, I decided to explore Buddhism in order to enhance my
involvement with the religion and build a strong understanding. What intrigued me about
Buddhism was the social aspect and diversity that it had to offer. In order to explore this religion
from a critical and analytical viewpoint, I decided to attend a weekend service offered at San Jose
Buddhist Church Betsuin. The San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin main templeis located in the
Japantown section of Central San Jose. What made this temple stand out amongst the others was its
historical standing in the community. It is one of the oldest temples established in the United
States. In order to learn more about the history, environment, and community as a whole, I decided
to contact the temple s staffs. After a brief phone call, I was able to schedule a tour. In preparation,
I decided to do a brief research on Buddhismto familiarize myself with the religionbeforehand. With
all preparations and research necessary, I was ready to visit San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin.
