According to some agencies in France, it is going to be up 3.9...According to me the financial calculator, it can go up to 7° celsius by 2100. Besides the issue is not the temperature increase, but the water cycle in the atmosphere and the subsurface hydrology. So, global warming and impacts will threaten lives, livelihood, and properties of many cities and rural areas in the world with the various natural hazards, wars, and technology failures. Yoru organization needs to prepare for adaptation. The longer the delay and the more painful it will be. I produce a list of items that need necessary in the journey to the Anthropocene. Global Warming
Global warming refers to the increase in average surface temperatures on Earth due to the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect occurs when greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide trap heat in the lower atmosphere, resulting in global temperature increases. According to scientists, human activities that produce greenhouse gases, like the excessive use of fossil fuels, are the major contributor to current global warming trends. Industrialized countries bear more responsibility for reducing emissions given that they have historically emitted more greenhouse gases and the developing world still seeks to industrialize. While technology exists to help reduce emissions, the larger challenge will be changing human behavior on a global scale to transition societies to a low-carbon future within the next 30-40 years.

On 17 May 2021, OECD Chief Economist Laurence Boone launched a publication presenting evidence from a decade of OECD research and analysis, which looks at the relationship between environmental policies and economic outcomes such as employment, investment, trade and productivity. Over the years, governments have gradually adopted more rigorous environmental policies to tackle challenges associated with pressing environmental issues, such as climate change, air pollution, waste management or biodiversity loss. The ambition of these policies is, however, often tempered by their perceived negative effects on the economy.
In a world characterised by the rise in global value chains and capital flows, do differences in the stringency of environmental policies across countries alter firms’ competitiveness and cost jobs? Does taking the lead trigger a first-mover advantage? What are the differentiated impacts across firms, industries and regions? And are these policies effective in reducing emissions from industry?
We explored these questions in the context of the Covid-19 crisis and green recovery during a Green Talks LIVE webinar with insights on designing environmental policies to ensure the largest benefits and compensate workers and industries that may lose out. Dr. Edward Marchewka is a seasoned executive that has come up through the ranks in the IT vertical, expanding into information security, quality management, and strategic planning.
Edward founded and serves as the Principal for 3LC Solutions, enabling YOU to Tell a Better Story in business, with our vCIO, vCISO, quality, and strategy consulting services, through metrics and relating risk to the business with our CHICAGO Metrics® SaaS solution.
He has also held several roles leading information technology, most recently with Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network, leading the Information and Technology Services department as the Director of IT, Data, and Security Services. Prior to Gift of Hope, he ran information security for Chicago Public Schools.
Edward has earned a Doctorate of Business Administration from California Southern University and Masters’ degrees in Business Administration and Mathematics from Northern Illinois University. He earned Bachelors’ degrees in Liberal Studies and Nuclear Engineering Technologies from Thomas Edison State College, N.J. Edward maintains several active IT, security, and professional certifications from (ISC)2, ASQ, ITIL, PCI, PMI, ISACA, Microsoft, and CompTIA. He has held legacy IT certifications from Cisco and HP, and a designation from the National Security Agency.

environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
