These weaves has partial resemblance to the hexagonal honey comb cells of wax in which bees store their honey. So it is HONEYCOMB.
Honeycomb weaves form ridges and hollows which give a cell like appearance to the textures.
Huckaback weave has a number of warp and weft threads with long float, making the fabric soft and moisture absorbent, and plain weave threads ensuring firmness of structure.
Textile fabric may be define as an assembly of fiber, yarn or combination of these. There are several ways to manufacture a fabric. To produce woven fabric yarn preparation is essential.Good preparation means good weaving,Good weaving =Quality fabric.

Mock Leno Weaves form open structures with small gap. This Type of weave produces an imitation of leno effect , So it is called MOCK LENO weave.
In order to form proper space , proper denting is necessary.
Features:-
Crossing: In this ends are not made to cross each other like true leno
Diagonal Similarity: Weave can be divided diagonally into equal parts.
Repeat size :minimum repeat size used : 6x6. (Even number repeat size used)
Weave Effect: Open perforated weave.
Produced in ordinary way without special leno shafts.
Denting: Ends from each individual group are drawn into same dent ( this bunches the floating end together and causes a slight gap or opening in the fabric. Due to this fabric appearance is similar to leno fabric.)
Fabric surface = Rough.
importance of fibre finess, influences of fibre finess ,effect on stiffness , effect on torsional rigidity, reflection of light , dye absoprtion, method of measurement ,gravimetric method, micronaire
THIS COVERS HONEY COMB, BRIGHTON HONEY COMB, HUCK A BACK, DISTORTED THREAD EFFECT AND OTHER WEAVES.. IT IS VERY MUCH USEFUL TO TEXTILE DIPLOMA AND DEGREE STUDENTS

Online aptitude test management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
The purpose of on-line aptitude test system is to take online test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for checking the paper. The main objective of on-line aptitude test system is to efficiently evaluate the candidate thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast results. For students they give papers according to their convenience and time and there is no need of using extra thing like paper, pen etc. This can be used in educational institutions as well as in corporate world. Can be used anywhere any time as it is a web based application (user Location doesn’t matter). No restriction that examiner has to be present when the candidate takes the test.
Every time when lecturers/professors need to conduct examinations they have to sit down think about the questions and then create a whole new set of questions for each and every exam. In some cases the professor may want to give an open book online exam that is the student can take the exam any time anywhere, but the student might have to answer the questions in a limited time period. The professor may want to change the sequence of questions for every student. The problem that a student has is whenever a date for the exam is declared the student has to take it and there is no way he can take it at some other time. This project will create an interface for the examiner to create and store questions in a repository. It will also create an interface for the student to take examinations at his convenience and the questions and/or exams may be timed. Thereby creating an application which can be used by examiners and examinee’s simultaneously.
Examination System is very useful for Teachers/Professors. As in the teaching profession, you are responsible for writing question papers. In the conventional method, you write the question paper on paper, keep question papers separate from answers and all this information you have to keep in a locker to avoid unauthorized access. Using the Examination System you can create a question paper and everything will be written to a single exam file in encrypted format. You can set the General and Administrator password to avoid unauthorized access to your question paper. Every time you start the examination, the program shuffles all the questions and selects them randomly from the database, which reduces the chances of memorizing the questions.
HEAP SORT ILLUSTRATED WITH HEAPIFY, BUILD HEAP FOR DYNAMIC ARRAYS.
Heap sort is a comparison-based sorting technique based on Binary Heap data structure. It is similar to the selection sort where we first find the minimum element and place the minimum element at the beginning. Repeat the same process for the remaining elements.

Hollow Formation:
The vertical ridge of' the fabric is composed of warp floats, an
d the horizontal ridge is composed of weft floats, while the hollow is formed
where the two opposite twill lines cross each other.
Classification:
Honeycomb weaves are two types...
1. Ordinary honey comb
2. Brighton honey comb

Ordinary Honeycomb:

7. A vision of Textile learning & sharing views.......
Ordinary Honeycomb:
1. Appearance : cell like appearance with ridges and hollows.
2. Crossing: a single line crossing single line or double line crossing a
double diagonal line.
3. Draft: Constructed with pointed drafts.
4. Reversible fabric: These fabrics have similar effect on both sides.
5. Surface: Rough.
6. Repeat size: multiple of two, smallest repeat size = 6x4
7. Formation of cells: ordinary honey comb forms only one cell per repeat
http://avisionoftextiles.blogspot.in
8. A vision of Textile learning & sharing views.......
Uses: suitable for
1. Hand towels,
2. Glass cloths,
3. Dispensed roller towels and
4. Bath mats, (where moisture absorption properties are particularl
y desired)
5. In coarse cotton qualities it is also used for quilts and soft furnis
hings,
6. In finer qualities for shirts and brocades.

Brighton Honey Comb
http://avisionoftextiles.blogspot.in
1. Non-reversible : These cloths have face appears different from back side of the
cloth
2. Draft: Constructed on straight drafts only
3. Repeat size: it is a multiple of 4 ( Length of longest float is N/2 – 1, where N is the
repeat size)
4. Crossing: A single diagonal line crosses a double diagonal line
5. Formation of cells: Formation of 4 cells per repeat i.e., two large and two small
cells.
6. Fabric surface: Rough.
End uses:
Although the weave is not as popular as the ordinary honeycomb, it is used in
similar qualities for more decorative end uses such as quilts and brocades and in some
cases, hand towels and glass cloths. It is also suitable for crockery towels
