says that Chinese immigrants say things such as better to raise geese than girls . They
also say Chinese executed women who disguised themselves as soldiers or students,

argue that in doing this, the texts suggest shockingly, that Chinese immigrants

Introduction: VO2 max is the maximum oxygen intake during a high intensity
exercise. The test is typically done on a treadmill, or cycle ergometer. The VO2 max
test reflects the aerobic fitness of the test subject and the endurance the subject has
during prolonged exercise. The subject who are fit usually have a greater VO2 max,
and can exercise for longer periods of time than other who are not physically fit. Pro
athletes usually have a higher VO2 max because they train hard in order to be
physically fit.

subject in order to determine their fitness level. The test is done during a high

Language is not thought
Before anything else, we need to establish one thing: language is not thought, just as

The value of integrity is another important aspect of the NASW Code of Ethics. It is
essential that social workers develop a relationship built on trust and righteousness. It
has been suggested that through a minimum combination of training and ongoing
support (supervision, consultation, and coaching), preferably extended with booster
sessions, (Goense, Boendermaker Yperen, 2015, p. 69), a social worker can develop
