PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The past 5 years as F&I, I have been involved in financing client’s vehicle on
a dealership floor. Every transaction have to be sighted and I have to make
sure every client was offered all the value added products. No matter it was
a cash transaction or a finance transaction, each client must be treated
with the same importance as the previous. A needs analysis must be done
to assure all the necessary products was offered to the client so that a
record of advice can be done to meet all the necessary requirements as set
out by the Financial Services Board. The debtors of each transaction that
was done must be monitored to assure speedy payment by either the
client if it was a cash transaction or payment by the bank if it was a finance
transaction.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Most of my free time in the evening or weekend is taken up by Travelling
and exploring new sights in and around CapeTown, going to shows and
doing mosaic.

I feel that my greatest strengths are firstly my strong commitment to
providing a professional service to every client that I meet. Secondly my
ability to listen. In the invironment I’ve been working In, it is of great
importance that you listen and have empathy with your client’s specific
needs and desires. This is the recipe of success in the sales environment.
Thirdly my ability to remain calm in stressful situations and reassure the
sales team of my and their ability to be successful.
