The Samurai s Tale by Erik Christian Haugaard provides us with many great leaders
and also contains many atrocious leaders. Leadership is very evident in the book,
such as Takeda Shingen, who is very well known for his courage and ability to lead
his army to victory. I accept the fact that many characters in The Samurais Tale are
terrific leaders, but I believe Lord Akiyama is the best leader. I consider Lord

I was excited when I was accepted into Radiologic program at Lake Michigan, a year
earlier I was very disappointed when I missed the deadline to apply into the
program because I was missing one of the required prerequisites to get into the
program. I had to wait a full year to apply again and I was very happy when I got
accepted into the program, it was hard to hide my excitement during the first
semester, I was charged and ready to go.
As part of the Radiography program, for the two years we are in the program we are
required to do clinical rotations at hospitals or clinics in the surrounding areas. They
were usually 24 hours a week during the fall and winter semesters and 40 hours a

The Penguin Books of Romantic Poetry includes a collections of romantic poetry
from later eighteen centuries to the early nineteenth century. At the peak of
Romanticism, there were many social and political changes occurred including the
French Revolution, Napoleon s expansion in Europe, the Congress of Vienna, the
conflict between conservatism and liberalism, Industrial revolution and so on.
Romantic poets used poems to express their emotions of their love for nature, longing
for the ancient legends, and they tried to use their emotions and feelings to
understand the world around them including the French Revolution, slavery,
industrial revolution and the Napoleonic war. However, after the Revolution of 1848,
the wave of romanticism died out and realism emerged.

My Experience At The First Time
Sitting in class for the first time, it was half of what I expected. I expected to sit by
people I didn t know, learn about old things in new lights, and writing a lot of
papers. What I didn t expect was me hating college. I am not as creative as some
teaches would like, but that isn t my personality, and I dint wantit to be either. I fully
expected college to try and morph me into a perfect little student that I knew I
wasn t. College so far to me hasn t been fun and I will treat it like Wal Mart. When
I say that, I mean that I will get in and get out as fast as possible. If I pick up stuff
along the way then alright, but if I don t, then it won t kill me.
Now, this doesn t mean I don t enjoy certain things about college. I enjoy some of
my classes and I like that the campus has a variety of plants. I also like that it has
some nice people and is accompanied with a Student Bible Center. Many people say I
just need to loosen up, get over it, or try to get in organizations around campus. This
may be true when talking about some students, but not me. I know exactly who I
am and what I like and I for one do not like joining organizations, I am not a loose
person and I never will be, and I have already gotten over that I don t like college.

Determinism contains an entire set of parameters for how the universe operates. If
true, determinism would seem to have all sorts of implications for rational actors and
how we live our lives. A number of authors have written on these implications that
determinism would have for causality, free will, and morality. However, I will argue
that even the strictest reading of determinism, via causality and free will, does not
have the implications for morality that many think it would. Specifically, these
implications are generally thought to mean that our concept of moral responsibility
would be in jeopardy I will show why this is not the case.

conceive of as free will. However, Harry Frankfurt argues for a better
understanding of our free will sense of accountability; Frankfurt argues that a
person, Jones, is unknowingly implanted with a device in his brain that will
activate and force him to perform a certain immoral action against his will.
However, the device will only activate if Joes does not already intend to (and does)
perform the immoral act by his own agency. If Jones commits the immoral act, and
the device does not activate, it might as well have never been implanted inside
him. Yet, we would still hold Jones morally responsible in this situation, even if he
was unable to choose to do otherwise. Thus, Frankfurt s solution to our concept of
moral responsibility is that one should be exempt from the responsibility of an act if
he or she performed the action only because he or she could not have done

movement, and it impacted an abundance of lives. Even though there were people
who opposed the war, there were a few that supported the government, and the

This idea was more common in the church, but it was also a very mainstream idea.
Pacifism, for many people, is a very sacred idea, and this thought of going to war,
for what seemed like no reason, was very obscure for them. When pacifism first
started to rise, however, it was confined to just church members, because they did
