Educators are charged with not only teaching the content of their subject, but also

engagement, and reflection so that the students will be prepared for their future
careers and learning. Creating a classroom that fosters reading and writingis one way

communicate their understanding or misconceptions of the content. In order to form
a literacy rich classroom educators need to increase the amount of time students
interact with all forms of print and literacy and the classroom environment is an
essential key to setting the precedent and model behaviors that will make students

classroom that is literacy rich I would need to include materials that no only align to
the curriculum, but also encourage students to practice readingand writing skills. In

I think that the author does an amazing job portraying his idea without having to

There are now approximately 170 various denominations that identify as Pentecostal.
The Charismatic movement, or neo Pentecostalism, was born in 1960 when Episcopal
priest Dennis Bennett, during the Passion Sunday service, both spoke in tongues and
announced that he had received baptism in the Holy Spirit. Although this event is
associated with the official beginning of the Charismatic movement, it must be noted
that many other Pentecostals and even mainline Christians are considered essential to
the birth and spread of the movement. They include such names as David du Plessis,
Smith Wigglesworth, Agnes Sanford, Kenneth McAll, Presbyterian pastor James
Brown, and Lutheran minister Harald Bredesen. Those who embrace the beliefs and
practices of the Charismatic movement do not generally align themselves with any
particular mainline Christian denomination. However, Charismatics are found today
in all the major Christian denominations, especially in the Pentecostal, Lutheran,
Episcopalian, and Catholic Churches. The term Charisma means gift, so therefore
Charismatics denote those that demonstrate one or many of the supernatural gifts of

crustacean found in the Chesapeake Bay. The blue crab is found in aquatic
environments, most often in estuaries. It characterized by it s blue claws. The blue
crabs undergo a life cycle of: zoeae, megalop, juvenile, and adulthood. The blue crab

for female crabs. Female crabs undergo a pubertal mold which is indicative of a
sexually mature state in their life cycle. During the pubertal molt females release
pheromones which attract males. The actual ritual of mating does not occur until
females molt their shells (Zinski, 2006). At which point females will then retreat to
high salinity water to begin spawning. Spawning will occur for the first time 2 9
months after mating. Interestingly, males will protect females during the period
which females have molted and it is at this point in which mating occurs (Hill,
2004). As previously mentioned Blue Crabs are highly susceptible to changes in
environmental conditions. As an example, larvae require high salinity waters. Larvae
require salinity of at least 20 ppt and below that threshold, there is poor likelihood of
survival ability.

He was treated like a prisoner who committed a heavy crime. He was captured and
then eventually burned at the stake. He was willing to sacrifice his life so that we
could be able to read the bible in a language we could understand. He tried to
