Hence, the oxidative DNA damage induction by excessive salt intake in mice was
investigated. mice were orally administrated with three different concentrations
commercial NaCl solution started with concentration at tap water. Second and
third concentrations were (50 100mg/L) orally administrated for 10 successive
days then sacrificed 24 hour after the last orally administrated. Comet assays were
used to evaluate the possible toxicity of excessive salt on DNA levels. Also, some
biochemical markers of kidney were assessed to shed more light on salt mechanism
of action. DNA damage induction by excessive intake of high salt was evidenced by

Energy Drink Persuasive Analysis
I support the author s claim that energy drinks do not provide the special edge that
energy drink companies include in all of their marketing. I believe that the author is
successful because he includes the lack of scientific evidence, the abundance of
ingredients/deaths and injuries linked to the drinks, and the fact that the special edge
is really just sugar and overwhelming amounts of caffeine.
The first reason that I support the author s claim is the fact that there is little to no
scientific evidence that energy drinks provide that special edge over normal
supplements of caffeine, like a cup of coffee. For example, the substance
glucuronolactone is found in energy drinks such as Red Bull and Monster but
scientists have not been able to find the reason behind it s presence in the drink.

A Fan Of Classical Music Essay
As a fan of classical music, I decided to attend the Mutter Bronfman Harrell Trio.
Which consists of Anne Sophie Mutter on Violin, Yefim Bronfman on Piano, and
Lynn Harrell on Cello. Their powerful bond within the music, grasped my attention. I
have heard many single instruments, but never the violin, piano, and cello all in one.
It was defiantly a new and exciting experience, which I would like to be part of again.

Now that you ve made your choices, how do you generate these emotions and make
them readable to the audience? And in doing so, does the actor actually feel the
emotions or simulate them? These are the questions often asked about portraying the
emotion.
It stands to reason if you want to affect the audience and move them, you, playing a
credible character, must feel these emotions. But you must feel them in such a way
that they are conveyed to the audience. The degree to which you feel each emotion
will depend upon the method used to carry out this feat and your ability to master it.
Actors involved in what is termed Method Acting use the affective memory to
generate emotions. Here the actor recalls a specific event in his own life that has
produced the required feeling. For example, remembering a fight you had with
another student in high school could arouse the emotion of anger. Recalling the death
of a close relative might generate the emotion of grief. The actor has to go back,
replay the experience leading to the desired emotion, and relive those moments in his

Introduction
It wasn t until recently, a few years ago, that I decided what career I wanted to
pursue. I first started off joining the military right out of high school and after my
fist enlistment of six years did I know that the military career field I was is (Food
Service) wasn t for me. I knew with my own personal experiences that I have
encountered through the military that I enjoyed helping people, and volunteering at
hospitals. I have always loved biology and anatomy, its remarkable what the human

impersonation. When we encounter someone wearing a mask, we assume they are
pretending to be whatever that mask depicts. We are aware that there is a person
