I. Lessons Learned on How to find potential customers
1.

Before you can find new customers and increase sales, you need to
understand who your customer is, what value proposition you offer to
customers, and what your competition is currently offering in the
market and where there are gaps for a new entrant. In other words,
you need to do some market research.

2. Identify local businesses that serve the same market segments. That
way, you can not only bring people in the door for your initial offer,
but also increase the likelihood that they'll return to give you repeat
business.

II. Lessons Learned on How to find potential customers
3.

Certain products and services may appeal to one audience but not to
another, so understanding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities
and threats in your target market is critical.

4.

Know your customers and then segment the market based certain
criteria like Demographics, Age, Buying habits, etc.,

5. Pitch the plan, highlighting the benefits your product.
6. Develop a strategy to convert trail/potential customers to clients by
showing willingness to adjust the product to their needs if required.

Customer A: It would be nice have information on which foods to eat for a healthy diet.
Customer B: I was trying to find healthy and delicious recipes. I could not find them. Could
you guys add recipes to this product?
Customer C: Currently the website has fitness articles. Videos are helpful to hear while
exercising.
Customer D: It would be nice to have fitness and lifestyle videos.
Customer E: I Love food. Nothing like starting your day off with wholesome breakfast.
Quick and healthy recipes, weight loss recipes would be nice addition to this website.

• Health Assessment concept is good. Both Physical and Emotional assessment on
weekly basis helps us ensure good health in the future.
• Videos would be of more help as opposed to standard text articles.
• The Fact-sheets feature in the website is really good. It is an eye opener: "The harmful
use of alcohol results in 2.5 million deaths each year." I knew regular alcohol consumption
is bad, but reading these facts at a GLOBAL LEVEL gives more awareness.
• I like the Physical and Emotional assessment as it is useful to identify the individual's
specific needs.

Customer D: It would be nice to have fitness and lifestyle videos. Customer E: I Love food. Nothing like starting your day off with wholesome breakfast. Quick and healthy recipes, weight loss recipes would be nice addition to this website.

Both Physical and Emotional assessment on weekly basis helps us ensure good health in the future. • Videos would be of more help as opposed to standard text articles. • The Fact-sheets feature in the website is really good. It is an eye opener: "The harmful use of alcohol results in 2.5 million deaths each year." I knew regular alcohol consumption is bad, but reading these facts at a GLOBAL LEVEL gives more awareness. • I like the Physical and Emotional assessment as it is useful to identify the individual's specific needs.
