The student set a SMART goal to work out 3-4 days per week during the winter term and reach a weight loss goal or make progress towards it. They planned to track their progress in a chart and do different exercise routines to stay motivated. They believe the goal is attainable with the right motivation and attitude. Due to some complications with travel during the term, the student fell slightly behind in their workouts but intends to continue working towards their goal beyond the end of the winter term.
