Smart Goal S -To work out at least 3 or 4 days out of the week this Winterm and to reach my weight loss goal, or have made an improvement towards that weight loss goal. M -I will measure it by I will keep a chart marking the days that I work out. I will also plan to do different exercise routines to prevent it from becoming repetitive and un-motivating.  A -This goal is important to me and to my health so I believe it is attainable with the right motivation and attitude.  R -   I truly believe that this is realistic and can be accomplished if I put my mind to it and not let laziness and lack of motivation take over.  T -I want to accomplish this goal by the end of Winterm and to keep it going throughout the rest of the year.
My Goal The reason I choose this goal is because I wanted to be more active and physically healthy The steps to accomplish this goal are to work out at least 3-4 times a week or be physically active in some way, such as skiing or skating
Log Book I did not keep a exact log book but I did keep track of what I did each day to avoid repetition and boredom For example if I did all upper body one day, the next day I would do something different
Steps To Achieve My Goal The processes is simple because it is just trying to be more active all the time I started out by going to the gym everyday and on the days where I didn’t go I either went skiing, skating or other miscellaneous things Although I have run into a few complications during winterm, which involved a lot of traveling from NH to MA On these days I was unable to work out, which put me behind schedule a bit
Did it or Not? Since my goal is not over I would say that I cannot tell if I did it or not Will all the complications this winterm I feel that the process has be slowed but that is not stopping me from continuing my goal I feel that in the time since I started this goal that I did not accomplish as much as I wanted to, but to me that just means that I will have to extend the process longer
Cont. Part of my goal was to gain the motivation to continue my workout past the end of winterm I think that because it was slow during the term that I can extend it to reach the end result that I wanted
