Dan's goal was to run at least 3 miles per day, 6 out of 7 days per week for 2 months using the treadmills at Plymouth to lose 15-20 pounds. He would weigh himself each Friday to track his progress. In the end, he lost 10-12 pounds over the 2 months, falling short of his 15-20 pound goal due to not fully committing to his plan each week.
