This document outlines the course outline, requirements, and notes for a Health 11 class taught by Pamela B. Zulueta. The course covers topics related to the female reproductive system over three terms, including pregnancy, childbirth, family planning, and reproductive health risks. Quizzes and Recitation:
Every meeting may be a quiz day. Be prepared!
Always have a size 2 and size 4 ready.
Always bring your Health materials.
It is your responsibility to tally your own recitation
points.
Recitation points without teacher’s signature will
not be counted.

You are responsible for whatever you
missed in class during absences.
Ask your classmates or you can even ask the
teacher if there are worksheets distributed or a
quiz the following meeting.
Please do not ask on the day of the next
session/meeting.

Requirements will only be accepted during
Health class (unless otherwise agreed upon
by the student and the teacher).
Requirements submitted outside the
classroom and outside class hours will not
be accepted.
Late submission of requirements will incur a
deduction of 10% of the total points per
meeting.

12. Culminating Task
You are going to write a “thank you
letter” to your mother for carrying you
for nine months and giving birth to you.
Content - 10 pts
Creativity - 5 pts
Organization - 5 pts
Mother’s signature - 5 pts
13. Mechanics
Make the letter as creatively as possible.
Remember, this is you thank you letter to
your mother.
If your mother is abroad or out-of-town, you
can email the letter to her.
For purposes of the mother’s signature, you can
ask your mother to sign and scan/take a picture
and send the file back to you.
If you mother is unavailable, you can
address the letter to the family member who
witnessed and helped your mother during
her pregnancy.)
