In these days, finding the right child care is a challenge facing women. Finding childcare is wide since it covers the wide spectrum of professional, institution, activities, contracts, social and cultural conventions. Finding quality childcare is not easy for every parent and is also a stressful job. Many women struggle with balancing work with young children. After deciding to go back to work, they face challenges in finding quality care for their children. As a mother of two and a half months old I can understand how hard the situation is when we cannot go back to work if we don’t find any better childcare for my little girl. There are various problems associated with finding childcare. These problems are like how do I take my child, how do I pick the right place particularly when it’s our first child and we haven’t done that before and what’re the criteria that used to select this person. We always need to find a daycare that is easily commutable. Some parents prefer their child to be close to home in order to travel from work towards home to pick up their children. Others prefer their children to be close to their work in order to be in a position to take a lunch break or any other type of break in case their children have an appointment. After they take their children to the scheduled appointment, they drop them back at daycare and go back to work.
Every state has a certification process regardless of whether it in-home daycare or certified centers. This is meant to ensure that they have their certification and the number of kids they have. Centers that are certified by state requirement are randomly audited for .
