internship.

SWOT ANALYSIS
• S – High labour quantity, sound support from Government,
pride to be part of defense.
• W- Outdated techniques still used, lack of automations,
less innovation and interaction, lack of high quality
instruments
• O- upcoming deals with neighboring countries, job
opportunity for QC positions, skilled workmanship
welcomed.
• T- High Competition in Aircraft Mfg. field, Mass labour
unemployment at future.
REFLECTIONS
• Astonished how the machine/instrument work
factors may affect the next successive level.
• Despite being a reputed industry, I feel there
are lot of improvements to be done.
• Vast knowledge in the field of engineering
fields are still to be learnt a lot.
CONCLUSION
• Understanding the depth of each topic during
internship unearths the doubts and reasoning
abilities which provokes me to go further.
• The way nature forces interact with aircrafts
within and around it gives a marvelous
harmony behind science.
• Finally I felt proud to complete my intern in
HAL- Aircraft Division.
