Observed the alignment and joining of the mid-fuselage and rear-fuselage sections through the use
of jig assembly and laser alignment tools. Gained insights into load path continuity and the
application of titanium fasteners in essential areas.

Studied the F404-GE-IN20 engine installation, focusing on thrust frame integration, engine
mounting lugs, and vibration damping isolators. Gained knowledge of accessory gearbox coupling
and transmission shaft alignment tolerances.
• Hydraulic Power Generation & Distribution:
Understood the layout of the Hydraulic System No.1 and No.2, including engine-driven hydraulic
pumps (EDPs), hydraulic reservoirs, and electrohydraulic servo valves (EHSVs). Observed the
use of Skydrol-based fluids and redundant line routing for actuator safety.
