considerable problem in today society is discrimination. Whether it s based upon race, age,
sexuality, or even looks, discrimination is a serious dilemma. Marshal Cohen, a senior industry

Introduction:
The C S H gel is the most abundant reaction product in cement, occupying about half of the paste
volume, it is also responsible for most of the properties of cement paste. This is just not because it
is a strong or stable phase but because it forms a continuous layer that binds the cement particles
together.
All the other hydration products of cement form discrete crystals that are naturally strong but do not
have good connections to the solid phases they are in contact with hence cannot contribute much to
the overall strength of the cement paste. C S H gel gets the ability of the to act as a binding phase
from its nanometer level structure.
As C S H gel grows outward from the cement particles, it does not form a single large block or
monolithic solid phase but instead develops a complex internal system of tiny pores, called gel
pores. Gel pores are hundreds or thousands of times smaller than the original capillary pores
which are relatively large. The liquid water present in the gel pores is not part of the solid C S H
phase chemically but it is physically isolated, thus it cannot undergo any further chemical reaction
with the cement.
When hydrated cement paste is observed under microscope at moderate level of magnification,

On Friday of April 21 ,2017 I went to disneyland for a school field trip , all the students in the
middle school band and color guard went on this field trip for a performance at disneyland .It
was my 8th grade year , it would be my last year performing at disneyland so I had to enjoy it . We
had to meet up at school at 3:30 am because disneyland is located in AnaheimCa. and it would take
us several hours to get there .Also the teachers wanted us to be there early because they would have
to take roll call to know if everyone made it on time, and we would leave the school at 4:00 am .
We got on the buses , we knew it was going to be a long rides so the teachers decided to rent us a
charter busthe good thing was that we have had enough fundraiser to be able to go on a charter
bus.The teachers said we would only have one stop during the whole the long bus ride and that
was only going to be for us to go to the bathroom and to get some breakfast before we actually got
to disneyland .After everyone went to the bathroom and got breakfast we got in the buses and
started driving again.We had about 2 hours until we got the park .We finally have made it safely to
the disneyland parkand we had to looked for the parking lot where all the buses were parked , we
