PowerPoint. For each application, common user errors will be identified, as well as step by step
strategies to diagnose and troubleshoot the problems for each application. The step by step
instructions are written for a beginner and intermediate user level. A PowerPoint presentation is
included that resembles an actual presentation that could be used for training application support

Skiing the Slopes The last minute, go to vacation place Colorado. A destination my family has
relied on for many family vacations. The earliest memory that I have of Colorado takes place at
the age of maybe three or four years old, and we went there two years in a row on a skiing trip at
